    Stayed at the 3 bedroom apartment. The photos on website exaggerates what you are being offered! Disappointing 😟😣

    Location perfect 👌 able to easily walk & access Queenstown at your fingertips. However, accommodation was less inviting & doesn’t match the photos on website! Needs a lot of work.

    Regrettably, this stay fell short of expectations. The couch was heavily stained to the point that it wasn’t usable, and the bathroom windows wouldn’t close properly. While I appreciated that the bed had clean sheets, the overall comfort was lacking. The location is convenient, but it comes with significant noise. Additionally, the lack of insulation made the space uncomfortably cold.

    While the location is great and the white goods in good order, the room and furnishings need some serious maintenance.We arrived to a bed with the old bedding and unmade. On the first night the castor came off the bed and we spent 2 nights at an uncomfortable angle. We reported it but no solution was forthcoming. The bathroom door was damaged and would not close, the toilet roll holder was non existent and walls and some furniture was damaged.This was the most expensive rental of our 4 week trip and the worst maintained. If it wasn't for the position I would rate this apartment even lower.

    Tired place. Parking nightmare

    The parking is a nightmare. It’s the first amenity listed in their ad on Booking.com. There are not enough spaces and you are required to book and pay $20/day in advance. When we added for alternatives. We got none until we were there trying to check in and were told we could park in a public garage by paying the hotel $20 a day. Why the subterfuge? Why not just be up front about the situation? The property is tired. Need was terrible

    Really bad for NZ tourism, awful apartments!

    Booked a 2 bedroom apartment apartment with a double bed and 2 single beds. On arrival it was bunk beds! Asked woman on reception to change said no fully booked and they had honoured 2 bed apartment. Told her not what we booked & too elderly for bunks. Ended up having to call Booking.com who agreed & refunded us. Apartment was also very run down, smelt & dirty. A terrible place. Don’t book it!!!
