    Considering this was a Hilton Garden Inn, my expectations was low however it went above and beyond my expectations from hospitality to variety at breakfast to cleanliness. Thank you to Miriam for making our room everyday (and organising it too). The Hilton Garden Inn staff really make you feel like at home and I hope to one day return to experience what else Peru, Cusco has to offer. I was also extremely nervous about the altitude but the staff straight away put me at ease as they offered to give oxygen tanks if need be but reassured that muna tea and coca tea will be enough! Loved loved loved this stay, thank you too all for making this first experience in Cusco the best!

    This is, in terms of service, the best Hilton Hotel I think I have ever stayed at. And I've spent a lot of time with Hilton.The staff from the first moment have been outstanding. Great location, about 12 minute walk to the Plaza Mayor, good atmosphere, the rooms are clean with turndown service and fresh bedding daily!!! Breakfast was fantastic and room service is also really good.This hotel at time of stay was half the price of the Marrriiott.An absolute pleasure staying here.Thank you to all.

    Our stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was fantastic! It was a really nice room with an iron board/iron, great water pressure in the shower and AC, oh and also a fridge! There was a water cooler in the lobby of our floor to fill up our wattle bottles. The room was spacious and I forgot to take photos as by the time I had remembered we had thrown our stuff all over the place. The hotel is about a 20 minute walk from Plaza de Armas and other sites, and we ended up walking everywhere we went, it wasn't too bad coming back up to the hotel. The hotel has a restaurant and offers room service, we ate at the restaurant our last night and shared a cheese pizza. It was good and filling. I also tried the Inca Kola and it tasted/smelled like bubble gum, which after drinking water for a week I was glad to have something else besides that due to the altitude medicine I was taking. My friend ordered the cheesecake based on the description in the menu b/c it mentioned ice cream and it wasn't what we expected, but it was good. The cheesecake reminded me of Juniors in New York City, she liked the praline ice cream that came w/it.

    We had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The service throughout was outstanding, and the hotel was very clean and well maintained.Breakfast was a highlight, and Jackie provided exceptional service every morning—she truly made a difference. Alex at the front desk was also fantastic and ensured we received a great room while recognizing our Diamond status, which we really appreciated. You can’t beat the price for the stay at this hotel. Overall, a wonderful experience. We would definitely stay here again.

    We stayed for 4 nights in April. Service throughout the hotel is of a very high standard. We had a warm welcome at check in from Vicenzo. We had dinner at the restaurant on a couple of nights and the quality of the food and presentation was very good. Breakfast was good too. What made the meals brilliant was the attentive and friendly service we received throughout our stay. Special mentions for Jacky, Yasmin and Anali.
