    Delightful hotel in the heart of Cusco

    This hotel was an absolutely delighful little place. The room, while small, was cozy and had an old rustic charm. The staff were all wonderful, the breakfast was good and fast, and they offered a same-day laundry service. My room did not have a heater, which I didn't need but might be an issue in colder months. There are also a lot of steps inside the hotel, and in the neighborhood leading up to the hotel so if thats an issue you may want to consider a place at a lower altitude.

    Pros: Excellent location. Clean rooms with comfortable beds, heating, private bathroom with shower and hot water. Helpful staff, nice courtyard. Good breakfast, but could be better Cons: Small room. WiFi had some issues on the second floor.

    CONFIRM YOUR ACCOMMODATIONJust booked a triple room, for 3 friends, with 3 beds. I printed the reservation and took screenshots. NOW they turn around and changed my reservation saying that my reservation only includes 2 beds. When i confronted them about MY reservation, they washed their hands, saying they can add a tiny extra bed, as a way of accommodate us. NO! I reserved 2 full beds, 1 queen bed.My reservation is still available on booking, @ double the price I reserved it. BE CAREFUL!My first time in Peru and im having a bitter taste already.Im adding 2 pictures, one of my original reservation, (yesterday) and one they changed today. UNBELIEVABLE!!t

    Very nice old style hotel in historic Cusco that has a beautiful courtyard and layout.Location: Few minutes walking from Plaza De Armas so it’s great to explore the city and close to all dinning and shopping. It’s located on a street that’s accessible by car so if you arrive by Taxi you don’t have to walk with your luggage.Room: Spacious, comfy with a small and clean bathroom.Breakfast: we didn’t get to have breakfast at the property since we had to leave early for excursions everyday, but they pack small to-go breakfast bag that you have to request the night before. Staff: very nice and welcoming staff who are very helpful and happily give recommendations for things to do/ dining.

    We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the service from the staff was exceptional. The sunny courtyard is a great place to relax too. Would highly recommend.
