    The general look of this hotel is nice, but the rooms are not equipped with basic amenities ie coffee maker, tea service, hair dryer, no safe, no smart TV, no windows.We had no hot water during our stay. It got cool at night. The two heaters in our room did not work. We mentioned this but nothing was done. They advertised that the rooms had a safe. When we asked about this the guy at reception said safe means the room is “safe”.Wifi is super slow and had to constantly sign in multiple times. Breakfast buffet was not very good, chopped up wieners, small deep fried chicken balls, not very appetizing. Good location, clean but just doesn’t meet basic standards of most hotels we’ve stayed in.     such a beautiful boutique hotel, rooms are spacious, a peaceful and relaxing patio. would suggest to add a coffee station for the travelers exploring the area with very early pickups.     A charming boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard and friendly, helpful staff

    A charming boutique hotel with a lovely courtyard for soaking up the sun. I stayed 3 nights prior to meeting up with my travel group and one night after and felt safe and pampered. It's in a great location-between Plaza de Armas and San Pedro Mercado. They have a restaurant on-site and serve-yourself tea at any hour. The rooms are large and comfortable. The bathroom is open to the room (the only drawback) but of course the toilet is closed off so no problem.A special shout out to Marco at the front desk and Miguel in the restaurant who were especially helpful to me when I encountered some "bumps" along the way.     I highly recommend this hotel for those traveling alone or with family.To begin with, the hotel is situated in an excellent location. While it may require an additional five-minute walk, I believe it is well worth the effort!hotel s interior is immaculate, and the decor aligns beautifully with the local ambiance.Additionally, the service was exceptionally friendly. We needed to visit Lima three days prior to our check-in, but we preferred not to carry large luggage. Therefore, we inquired with the hotel about the possibility of storing our large luggage for three days. The restaurant graciously agreed to our request.Moreover, the room is quite unique, spacious, and equipped with all necessary amenities.For travelers, a hotel experience hinges on service quality, room size, friendly staff, and overall cleanliness and organization.This restaurant excels in all these aspects, which is why my partner and I are extremely satisfied and wholeheartedly recommend it!
