  I don't really understand all the glowing reviews of this place because it's kind of ordinary. While it's centrally located and within walking distance of everything, the reception desk was manned by a bunch of uninspiring people, who seemed to be doing the bare minimum. My room was never cleaned in the 48 hours I was there, despite being told by reception it had been. It seems to be next to a nightclub so if you're on a higher floor or exposed to the street, I'm not sure how you'd ever sleep. I asked for quiet room which was on the ground floor, but I could clearly hear what was going on above me, from all the stomping on the floor. Breakfast was ok, but limited food for dietary restrictions. Overall, I'd look elsewhere if I was you.   I had a great stay at this hotel for 4 days. I did ask for a birthday celebration and the only way they front desk must've known was looking at my passport during check-in. I checked in with Patricia and she must've sent up the sweet treat and 3 people up to my room to sing Happy Birthday to me!
