    Small hotel but perfect staying, breakfast included it’s so good! Staff is great, all of them were so helpful, attentive and respectful. Perfect location, so close to Larcomar and all the amenities in Miraflores. I loved my stay in Best Western Miraflores, Lima Perú

    Great staff, very nice (included) buffet breakfast. They went above and beyond. Great location, very clean. Best Western has a great loyalty points program so our 5-night stay was free using points we had from years ago. Stay here and sign up! The JW Marriott obviously has a better view but the BW was lovely. (Not all rooms have a sea view but they are nice rooms.) Honestly if you are staying in Miraflores you will get to enjoy a fantastic view anyway. This place feels more boutique. I recommend taking a long walk down through Bicentennial Park. Visit the Center of town too, maybe the catacombs. (My husband likes Kasamama buffet, where you can try a variety of Peruvian food in one stop– only like s/40) We took a bus tour of Ica, Huacachina, and Paracas one day, and we went up to the hot springs at Churin another day. Long trips but also recommended. The BW was our landing spot.

    I've never experienced such outstanding service before. The staff truly put the customer first—every request was met with prompt attention and thoughtful follow-up. Everyone was incredibly helpful and welcoming, making it feel more like staying in a warm, comfortable home than a hotel.

    VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

    Very unsatisfactory stay! I am currently still staying at this hotel. And there are a few things that I find very disappointing.1.) The photos that the hotel has posted on booking.com for the respective rooms do not correspond to reality! We specifically booked a room with a window. Now we are staying in a room with a ‘window’ covered with milky film (we don't even know if it really opens to the outside) that cannot be opened. Upon enquiry, we were told that a room with a window would incur an additional charge. The air conditioning, which is the only source of fresh air, keeps switching to 18 degrees, even though you can set a much higher normal room temperature. 2.) We cannot charge our European devices. There are plenty of sockets, but contrary to everything we have seen in the rest of Peru, the sockets here are US-style (type B), i.e. with two parallel flat pins and a round earth hole – but with a ‘220 V’ sticker on them. This is a dangerous combination, by the way, because this type of socket is normally used for 110–120 V.3.) The beds are extremely soft and you literally sink into them. Yes, it's a matter of taste, but we found it extremely uncomfortable!

    Despite arriving a day late due to a cancelled flight, there were no issues with my reservation, which was a huge relief. The room was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect for getting around. Would definitely stay again.
