    Great experience staying at the Hilton. Location is very walkable. Rooftop pool and hot tub were fantastic. What took our stay from good to great was the staff. Service was exceptional, from check in to check out.

    We ended up staying here for a week. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for accommodations in Miraflores. It's very conveniently located, just a sort walk to restaurants and shopping and a very safe location. The rooms are immaculate, very clean and came with everything we needed. The hotel lobby is beautifully decorated. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi's were our favourite thing about the hotel, there is a gorgeous sunset that can be seen from the rooftop and its so relaxing to watch the sunset from the jacuzzi. We also loved the rooftop bar and had some incredible cocktails made by Yvan. Thank you Yvan for the great drinks and service!! All the staff were great. We had executive lounge passes and Brenda always remembered us when we walked in and would set up our favourite table! We also received some really great help from Ytala at the front desk and Mario from the lounge. Our only constructive critism is that the hotel restaurant, bar and executive lounge had very minimal for vegans. The only option at the bar or restaurant is french fries. Some more vegan choices would be much appreciated.     Excellent visit. We loved the pool area, the executive lounge and the breakfasts were really good. We were here for 5 nights and really enjoyed our visit. The area of Miraflores is lovely and chilled.     This is one of the nicer, well maintained Hilton hotels with a nice executive lounge, rooftop pool and workout room. The best part of our experience at this hotel is the service that we received from their concierge, Jorge. Our trip to Peru would not have been the same without him. When we arrived in Lima, he arranged for storage of some extra luggage we had that we didn’t need to take with us on the early part of our trip. I got sick during the trip and he had some complimentary chicken soup brought to the room. We had also prepaid an expensive dinner for New Year’s Eve, which we were not able to attend because of my illness and Jorge was able to talk to the restaurant to get our refund. Because it was our anniversary he sent chocolate covered strawberries and golden berries to the room. Finally, when a bellman was not available, he himself took all our luggage down from our rooms to our transport. Thank you so much!
