  Agree with the latest review here. Room should have cost maybe US$30. The rooms are a lot older than the photos (bathroom is historically old). Found a different mini coachroach in the bathroom 3 days in a row. Probably tells more about the neighbourhood than the hotel, but still. Indeed it makes no sense to have rooms next to the breakfast area: noisy and it makes the windows useless. Breakfast itself is nothing special but kind of peru hotel standard.The good is the quiet neighbourhood

  We came here and reserved a 1 bed room and ended up getting 2 beds with a jacuzzi and never informed us, strong smell of bleach/chlorine the entire time, room right in front of dining area/ kitchen, what hotel puts rooms right in front of the kitchen where they prep the food for the next morning, there is “windows” in the room and honestly no point in being opened simply because the fact that its right in front of the dining area, this is just unacceptable, would not recommend this to anyone, i tried to show what the room really looks like, the pictures they show are nothing like what this is, the pictures i took are probably the most accurate way of seeing the room, i read other reviews and they described it perfectly, it really is a old storage room converted into a “bedroom”. If you don’t mind sleeping with a constant strong smell of bleach and hearing kitchen utensils right outside the so called window as well as people talking, then go for it, the only “good” thing i can say about this place was that they had ac and your lucky if you got a second floor room with a actual window that gives you natural lighting. Don’t believe the pictures, definitely edited to make it look more appealing.

  The front desk, breakfast in charge personnel and the night security and desk staff had been amazing. The hotel is located in a nice safe and quiet street. Easily walk to the plaza or restaurants. They were very friendly and courteous and were always willing to help. Claudia their Manager was available to also translate from Spanish to English when needed. They have been a great part of our Peru experience and would highly recommend them. The rooms are what you pay for. They're always clean and well maintained. Their housekeepers were always ready to help and provide you with your supplies. All of Luis, Anderson, Victor and the others who I forgot their names have been amazing.   This is the first time a write a review where I didn’t like the place.I knos that location is everything, and yes, you can go walking to almost anywhere feom there, and it is ina very safe neighborhood. The staff were very nice.But we did not like the rooms, they were reallly small, and for breakfast, the truth is that we preferred to eat out.

  We booked a hotel room for 2 nights a week prior to arriving in Lima and I had called a few hours before check in just to confirm and they had said our rooms would be ready at 1pm for check in.When we arrived, the receptionist informed us that the hotel was overbooked so we would be moved to another hotel but she offered us a 3 bed room in a 3 star when we had originally booked a 2 double bed room for 4 travelers. After much back and forth for 1 hour, the receptionist found a room for us in another comparative hotel for the same price and paid for the uber there. Very unhappy with the service. To add to it, my 3 friends were sick and all we wanted to do was check in to a place and nap, unfortunately we have to relocate thanks to no faulty of ours.
