  The hotel experience overall was great. The rooms were clean, in good condition, friendly staff throughout the hotel. Location, right in the heart of Miraflores. If you get the rooms in the middle of the hotel, that won't face the street, you really won't hear any noise. The buffet breakfast is the star or the best part of the hotel. The cafeteria staff was always friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, you have variety of hot and cold food. Although, the only minus I seen was that the hotel needs just a little TLC on little certain areas, but other than that. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! for either long or short stay. / La experiencia en el hotel en general fue excelente. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y en buen estado, y el personal era amable. La ubicación, en pleno centro de Miraflores. Si reservan habitaciones en el centro del hotel, que no den a la calle, no oirán ningún ruido. El desayuno buffet es la estrella, o lo mejor del hotel. El personal de la cafetería siempre fue amable y servicial. La comida era increíble, con variedad de platos fríos y calientes. Aunque el único lo que vi que necesitaba es un poco de pinturita en unas áreas, pero por lo demás, ¡¡¡MUY RECOMENDABLE!!! Tanto para estancias cortas como largas.

  Great location with amenities for a family!

  The location was superb, if not exactly the quietest, and the hot water was wonderful. The top-floor room was bright and spacious, with high ceilings and comfortable beds, and the rooftop terrace was a nice amenity. Breakfast was straightforward and delicious, with bread, scrambled eggs, cold cuts and queso fresco. While I had a choice of coffee or teas and fresh fruit juices, the kids had regular and strawberry yogurt. The staff was lovely, too!

  1. Vert attentive to give all the information in front desk (Junior was friendly)2. Good breakfast (If you need to go out early they give you different options to what you want)3. Great location (close to the beach and close to important places) 4. Hotel could improve a little on the noise inside the hotel but I would definitely stay there again5. 24 hours assistance was nice.

  I recently booked this hotel for seven nights upon check in I realized that the floor was super dirty like it has not been clean in months this was a very big inconvenient as I was travelling with a toddler I was notified by the hotel that they do not provide housekeeping service once the room is checked in because of the pandemic the hotel is very basic and they will tell you they provide extremely limited service and blame everything on the pandemic I booked this place because it was very spacious in the pictures and the super low price location is very convenient and accessible

  Great value, really good location, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was fairly basic but clean, shower was good, loved the rooftop area to chill out with a beer at night. Plenty of shops and restaurants around.
