    Great central location on a strip of bars. Wonderful staff with great knowledge and tips for the city.Attached to really nice restaurant, that has a great mood to it.The rooms were large and comfortable beds. Nothing bad to say at all, a great experience all round!

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The highlight of my experience was definitely the breakfast, it was fresh, delicious, and offered a great variety of options. There was something for everyone, and everything was well-prepared.The overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially if you appreciate a great start to your day with an excellent breakfast.

    Our trip was for my sons 16th birthday, we chose Poland as he’s doing GCSE history and we wanted to experience the Auschwitz trip, (which didn’t disappoint such a a indescribable/harrowing trip)Location of hotel was perfect.Reception staff really friendly and helpful, Viktor especially went above and beyond.     Beds were excellent slept really well, rooms were always kept clean. Receptionists were lovely however we came across a few rude waiters. There was a lovely waitress called Monika - so welcoming and joyful. We had a nice meal on our last day in the restaurant - fantastic !     This hotel refused to make accommodations when I fell ill and insisted on getting paid in full for the entire stay rather than charging a cancellation fee. I understand that cancellations are annoying and would have understood a cancellation fee but charging multiple nights when somebody is not travelling because they' have a transmittable illness is ridiculous.
