    Super services and noisy rooms.

    Never stayed in a hotel with such noisy rooms. No noise insulation in walls between rooms. You can follow silent conversation next door. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, super spa. Only one cold beer was available in the restaurant in the evening, but food was delicious. 20 min drive from Katowice centre.

    Walls are not thick enough. Could only sleep with ear plugs. A good sleep is most important. Cleaness: 2 out of 5. Hairs on floor and hair dryer. WiFi and bed were fine. Show low pressure and loud fan. Little to no smiles from stuff. Breakfast ok

    Nice hotel located close to Carrefour store and a large park but the place was quiet; the staff was friendly, speaking English, good food, spa available. However the restaurant closed early in the evening (after dinner about 9 p.m.) - we had to go out for a glass of wine...     Well managed with covid19 safety, buffet breakfast served well on plates with full selection. Kind reception speaking very good English. Good atmosphere, well located - safe parking, Highly recommended

    Good hotel for a business staying. Breakfast good and friendly staff. The room are "old style" but good. Missing some electric plugs for recharging. Next time I have to come in this area I will book again this hotel.
