    Stayed at Moxy Katowice this August and loved every minute! The hotel has a fresh, energetic vibe with stylish interiors and super comfy rooms. Staff were friendly, helpful, and full of positive energy. The 24/7 bar and chill-out areas were perfect for summer evenings. Ideal location for exploring the city and flight transfer.I strongly recommend it and I will use it again.     A horrible stay at the hotel

    I have Type 1 Diabetes. I want to leave a review about the fact that there were no refrigerators in the hotel room, and I was refused when I asked to place my gel ice pack in the freezer, which I needed to keep my life-saving medication cold before my flight.I completely understand that hotels may not store personal medications — I wasn’t asking for that. I only asked to freeze my ice pack, so that I could store the medicine safely in my own travel cooler.This is very important for my health, and the refusal felt deeply disappointing. It’s not acceptable to ignore such a simple but critical need.I hope the hotel will show more understanding and empathy in the future, especially when guests have medical conditions that require basic support. It’s not about luxury — it’s about safety, dignity, and care.     We arrived in the night for a quick sleep. The hotel was very accommodating and let us check-in after midnight without any problem. The room was small, but had everything you need. The beds were comfortable, but like a trampoline and you could not hear a thing, which was very surprising, since it is right next to the airport. The breakfast was amazing with the perfect selection and variety. The tables in the restaurant are decoratively nice, but extremely unconvinient and not very comfortable. We could leave our luggage in the storage for the whole day after, which was really good! Overall, this stay was very good, we will definitely return.     The room and the staff are amazing , it’s a great set up and we are really pleased at how close it is to the hotel. The only downside is that uber eats deliver and just eat don’t deliver to the hotel so you either have to get a bus somewhere else or pay for the hotels offering , whilst not hugely expensive as it’s Poland I was somewhat disappointed to get crisps with a burger.
