    Lovely hotel and very reasonable priced for the value. Our flight was earlier than check in time but they had available room and keto us in straightaway which was so nice! Very friendly staff, outstanding food in restaurant with again amazing service. The only downside I would say was temperature of swimming pool it was indeed on cold side but when considering prices I can't really complain. On this occasion we went just with my husband on a shirt weekend brake but next time we will be back with kids. Especially that flights are so convenient from UK.     What a lovely time we had!!Rooms were as you'd expect from Novotel, the bed was supremely comfortable, and the room quiet, even in the city centre.Nice spa facility with sauna, and pool was well worth using.Easily reaches from the motorway, even with my directional skills (!) We stayed here for 3 days for a Hyrox competition and would happily come again. Biggest and best thing about the hotel is the staff, and breakfast. What a huge selection on offer!! Special praise for Monika & her team, who catered for our daughter's dietary allergies without a fuss - you are a star!Only downside is if you book half board the evening meal selection is somewhat limited if you are staying more than 1 or 2 nights.     I stayed at Novotel Katowice Centrum for almost 40 days during a long business trip, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations.The hotel offers everything you need for an extended stay: comfortable rooms, a very good restaurant, a small but complete gym, and a relaxing SPA area with sauna, swimming pool and jacuzzi — perfect after long working days.What truly makes the difference, however, is the staff.
