    Great base for exploring

    Perfect hotel base for exploring the town. Clean, friendly staff and quality food. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities required. Only 45 minutes from Krakow airport which was ideal. Only reason for 4/5 stars was the lack of decent gym equipment but otherwise it was fine for a short stay.

    Hotel located a few minutes walk from the market square. A nice room with a comfortable bed, very tasty breakfasts with a wide selection of dishes and drinks (you can compose your own vegetable or fruit juice in a slow juicer). Friendly staff, parking available on site.     Noise! Intolerable noise of trains passing by! Luckily I spent there one night only, because I would probably check-out after one night anyway. Hotel is located close to the city center but it’s also close to main train station so if you’re “lucky” :/ you have a room with constant noise of trains. Closed window doesn’t help at all.I was awaken with every single train.Bed was uncomfortable - I travelled with my partner but our double bed was made of two single with a hole between so doesn’t matter if you take one big bed or two single - you still sleep separately :/Restaurant and bar are closed from 10pm - it’s surprisingly early, especially for 4 star hotel.Room was spacious, personnel was kind and professional.Unfortunately I woke up so tired that there’s nothing that could help to change my negative opinion, especially for this price - because it’s not one of the cheap hotels.

    We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It is a good starting point to explore the city, close to the main station, shopping mall and main square.     Spent just one night there (me, my husband, our daughter 6 y.o.). Absolutely satisfied - cozy, clean and quite room. Super delicious breakfast. Nice and kind staff.
