  The apartment is located in the heart of the Jewish quarter, 15 minutes walk from the Main Square and the Old City. The public transport is about five minutes walk. There are a lot of restaurants around and also some shops, including grocery.The apartment is big (two bedrooms) and has a small nice kitchen. It's well equipped for a few days stay, including even a washing machine. For some reason there were no soap and shampoo in the bath. There is no safe and no other means to safeguard your valuables. If you are an observant Jew like me, you will fill very welcome as they give you mechanical keys for Sabbath and make sure that the light don't turn one automatically as you go by. Still, you need to know that you can't leave the keys somewhere in the building and have to find the Hallacha way to carry them with you. You may also take into consideration the lack of a safe for Sabbath.I had apartment 14 on the upper floor, which means one has to climb almost 70 stairs. On the other side, one gets the roof terrace which in nice in good weather. On hot days you might prefer to stay indoors in a very good air condition.The overall experience was good and the place is recommended, taking into consideration your specific needs.

  Bed bugs unclean!

  I woke up completely covered in bed bug bites which a day later have appeared even more. I slept in the bed with my 4 month old baby who did not have the cover over her thank god. Filthy bed cover and unclean room absolutely furious and very concerned about bribing bed bugs into my home where my children are.

  We arrived late and had a msg in relation to code to let ourselves in and key left in apartment door. All simple. The apartment itself was huge, there was 3 beds and 2 armchairs in my room and a large double in my Dads. Full size kitchen and bathroom, high ceilings and they had thought of everything. All kitchen utensils, washing machine, drying line, iron, hair dryer. Spotless clean, comfy bed. Quiet area. Bedding was comfy and high quality. Landing lovely and big. Authentic look. Would highly recommend.The receptionist booked tours for us and printed info and left in the room. We didn't even pay til after we had been and she trusted us. Real nice lady!For what I paid (peanuts) this was wonderful! Felt grand and expensive. Would recommend and would stay again.

  First trip away without the children

  I have been to Krakow a few times and I always stay at this beautiful apartment, this was the first time we have ever been away without the children and as usual I was not disappointed. The staff are extremely helpful and the apartments are scrupulous clean it is an ideal location to stay in as 10 minutes takes you to the main square in the old town but kazimierz is a beautiful district to explore and stay, the apartment staff really welcome you and advise you on places to eat and explore, organising taxis to and from the airport so there is no stress, apartments are very good size with everything you need to make staying here hassle free and enjoyable. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I look forward to my return in December.

  Great Location

  Arrived here early evening. Check in was really quick and receptionist very helpful. We dined in the Italian restaurant under the apartment and walked around the area. It's brlliant, lots of bars and restaurants. The room had everything we needed, decent bathroom and shower, good kitchenette with all you need. Bed was really comfortable and plenty of storage space. Had a great sleep, not much noise and we were on the street. We were picked up early for a day trip. On our return we found a little shop that stocked everything and good wine. The walk into the centre is about 20 mins, maybe 30 on the way back. Felt really safe in the area and would definately stay here again. Perfect for what we needed. The district is beautiful and everyone was friendly. Staff fantastic.
