  The picture look very nice - but you don't even get the apartment you book . They dont give the guest anything , not even salt or suger coffee .JUST NOTHINIG . This should be luxury apartment , but this for sure is not . They have garasje but you have to pay 60 Zloty every night . I ask for just going to the garasje to take off my big suitcase (10 min ) because is not possible to stop in the street . But the lady working there say is not possible . So no service at all . I will but picture lather .

  Worst place I have ever stayed!!

  My husband and I chose this Apartment as it stated LUXURY, the place was filthy, there was dirty bedding, TV did not work, Lighting needed replaced (bulbs out) as the place is tiny and so dark we needed light in the room, the beds are 2 camp like beds together which were uncomfortable with bedding which was not covered with sheets at all the quilt and pillows were stained! cigarrette buts on the tiny balcony from other guests, dust over headboard it was atrocious, my husband found a dirty top at the side of the bed obviously from a previous guest - I contacted the service manager 3 times only once did someone come out but nothing was rectified my emails were not answered afterwards at all!I would say never to book these apartments as what you see on the pictures is not what you get.The only good thing about the apartments is the location 10 minutes from main square

  Upon arrival to apartments we were told there was a 24hr reception, which when approached had 2 security men chatting amongst themselves & playing games on their phones. I then said we wanted to check in, which they replied “you need to phone a number” I asked them for the number which they then laughed & said “I don’t have it, you do” so eventually after finding old emails and it was down at the bottom. Then called & a member of staff met us & showed us to our apartment- he was very nice. Our room was quite small however for the price was actually okay. The a/c was really good & kept the room nice & cool. The bathroom was fine except from the shower which flooded the bathroom & was very hard to get a good temperature. The bed & pillows weren’t great. Pillows were stained & the double bed consisted of two single mattresses pushed together which kept falling apart & meant there was a gap in the middle of the bed. No cover on the duvet so assuming the whole thing is washed after every stay?? Hopefully! Location is so good!! Couldn’t get better location to be honest. Tv is very old & useless. WiFi is alright can be slow at times. Overall good for the price but there is better out there.

  very poor - absolutely no customer service - no towels and sheets!!!!

  We booked a 2 room apartment. Travelled from US and UK so tired from journey. On arrival, there were no keys to secure the property overnight and despite being promised keys would arrive before 8am before we went out they were not dropped off on time. No towels the first night. No bed linen for 2 nights. Melted wax over bed cover. Drain in shower blocked so had to stand in smelly water. Luke warm shower. Smelly damp bathroom. Very annoyed as visiting on business and no time to mess about finding somewhere else to stay. Absolutely NO customer service. Do not book. Will write another review once we sort out a refund.

  Great location, horrible service, studio disappointing

  The checkin process was shambolic and disorganised. The man who gave us the keys and took the payment had no idea what he was doing, and checkin took an hour from start to finish.The room was much smaller than expected and insufficiency supplied with coffee and toilet paper.The location is great and bed comfortable.
