    Possible the worst hotel I have stayed in.Rude staff. No basic facilities and had to ask several times for things from room service to towels to even soap or shoe gel in the room. The staff have no idea what they are doing every person seemed like they had been here one day. No people skills no training no customer service skills. Avoid this one if you can.

    Good hotel for one night but in high price. First i had problem with air condition. There was very cold in the room i couldn't change the temperature still i had cold air from the fan. I had to turn off it definitely and wait for rise temperature. Then my remote control didn't work. I could only turn on i couldn't change the channels.I used the saun, nice place but i could be there only for one hour it's not enough.But generally i recommend. Very good breakfast.

    Upon my arrival at the hotel, I initially had a positive impression. However, my experience took a sharp downturn upon entering Room 503. Despite spending nearly 20 minutes attempting to make the air conditioning work in the second bedroom, I received no relief. Seeking assistance, I visited the front desk where a staff member made an unsuccessful attempt to resolve the issue. She promised to consult a colleague but left me waiting for 20 minutes without returning.Regrettably, I had to return downstairs, only to find she was about to leave without addressing the problem, wasting my valuable time before dinner plans. This lack of customer service was disheartening. My request to speak with a manager was met with the response that none were available. I inquired about fixing the air conditioning, but I was told nothing could be done, and I had to make do with a pedestal fan. My request for a room change was also denied.Despite the price I paid, the room lacked essential amenities. It had two single beds instead of a queen-size bed, no Wi-Fi password provided upon check-in, and lights akin to a theater room ready for an operation.I'm dissatisfied with the hotel's lack of prompt action when amenities aren't functioning. This situation is unacceptable. When a hotel fails to provide promised services, it should promptly address the issue or offer an alternative room. Instead, I endured a night without adequate cooling, severely impacting my experience. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel due to its massive customer service shortcomings.

    4 star?! Maybe in 4th world country

    It’s a worst 4 star establishment I stayed in! No kettle no milk no shampoo neither any conditioner! Rude staff ( miss Monika ) disgusting mannerisms. I arrived to the hotel only for two nights ( I knew from the start I wasn’t going to be amazed as the hotel didn’t look 4 star at all). Got in to the room ( furniture not put back in properly the bedside table wasn’t parallel to the wall ) you only get one bedside table also ( joke) only one room key provided even tho I need one for electricity ( that means if you’re out you can’t charge your devices ).got two single duvets only (no double available) imagine if you’re going for a romantic getaway with your other half but can’t share the bed due to the duvet arrangement! Wi-Fi doesn’t work on the fifth floor. I couldn’t sleep due to lack of the appropriate size duvet to cover myself and sleep comfortably and what is the worst hotel staff was not willing to do anything to improve it !

    I was really pleasantly surprised with the Moderno.Quietly professional and relaxing.Very good rooms and staff who went out of their way to be helpful.Nicely decorated and good rooms and beds giving a great nights sleep.The breakfast was excellent and the two meals I had in the restaurant were great with one of the best steaks I have had.I’d like to think that I will be back!
