    1 night in Poznan

    rating02 May 2026

Check in was nice and easy and appreciated that I was allowed to check in at 11.00 when I arrived. The sleeping area in the room was nice although not too big. It was very warm in Poznan when I visited and the room felt stuffy even with the air con on so I didn’t sleep very well. I didn’t feel comfortable leaving the balcony door open during the night while I slept. Bathroom was a good size but felt dated, as did the balcony. The shower gel ran out while I was there and clearly wasn’t refilled before I checked in. In room safe and fridge were a nice touch.Breakfast was just ok, it felt very chaotic and the food was more catered to Polish people which I understand due to being in Poland. I wouldn’t completely rule out staying here again in future if I returned to Poznan but feel like I would probably try somewhere else. The hotel is in a good location and Poznan is a really nice, clean and safe city to visit for a night or two.

Hotel is fine, but my shower was useless

    rating13 Jan 2026

I stayed here for one night in early December. In truth I didn’t need a large trendy room as it was just a base for going out in the evening with some friends.I was upgraded to a room with a balcony which was nice, but a balcony in December in Poland is of little use unless you are a smoker. The balconies all seemed to face inwards as well an overlook each other. Not a problem, just an observation. My room itself was a decent size and the welcome chocolates as an acknowledgement of status were gratefully received. Unfortunately my stay was hampered due to the shower which wasn’t properly operational. Yes, water came out and yes, I could clean myself, but I only discovered this in the morning and had I been staying for another night I would have asked for another room.Breakfast seemed quite chaotic (it was a Sunday morning though) and didn’t have a massive amount of choice. Although I had breakfast included, there didn’t appear to be anyone checking who did and didn’t have breakfast included, so maybe it is available to everyone. Checking out was also tricky as there was a large queue and no express check out box. There was only one member of staff trying to deal with everyone, so maybe the hotel was short on staff that morning. In the end I was out of time and had to leave my key on the side and didn’t manage to report the shower problem, which I would like to have done. The hotel location is okay and not far from the centre, but does require you to cross a large main road if you want to walk to the Old Town. Cross with care. This hotel is fine, but I wouldn't rush to stay here again. Reservation Specialist, Guest Services / Front Office at Park Inn by Radisson Poznan, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We’re pleased to hear that you appreciated the room upgrade and welcome amenities. At the same time, we’re very sorry about the issue with the shower and for the busy atmosphere during breakfast and check-out. This is not the experience we aim to provide, and your comments have been shared with the relevant teams. We appreciate your honest observations regarding the balcony and location, and we regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We truly hope you might consider giving us another opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide a smoother stay.Warm regards, Park Inn by Radisson Poznań

Modern, comfortable, good location, good breakfast, fantastic customer service.

    rating13 Jan 2026

Kamil at front desk was truly phenomenal. It's easy to be nice when people are easy but when people are difficult you find out the true customer service of the establishment.I wanted to change my room. He patiently changed my room. I blew the fuse in my new room. He immediately came up himself and fixed it. I was sick, so he told my husband how to find a doctor. Definitely one of the highest on my list for customer service.Bed is really comfortable. Pillow is small but sufficient. Actual refrigerator (not a mini bar) Kettle with coffee in room. Coffee was decent. Rooms are spacious. You have climate control hot or cool. It is a close walk to old town. Definitely would stay here again. Reservation Specialist, Guest Services / Front Office at Park Inn by Radisson Poznan, responded to this review Dear Susannah,Thank you so much for your wonderful review! We’re thrilled to hear that Kamil made such a positive impression and went above and beyond to help during your stay, it really means a lot to our team. City break in Poznan

    rating11 Dec 2025

My husband and I stayed at the hotel for a city break, and have no complaints we stayed in a double superior room with balcony, which had everything we needed for our stay , room was lovely also had a fridge , house keeping was carried out on the days we requested. Breakfast was very good with everything we would require at breakfast time . Staff were always pleasent , smiled and we found always all staff to be helpful . Hotel was lovely and cosy and only a short walk to Old market square . We found hotel value for money and would not hesitate to stay again . We had a lovely time in Poznan. Thank you 😊

    Disappointing stay

    rating08 Dec 2025

On arrival to the hotel we were told that we had been allocated a twin room despite us confirming via booking .com that we were allocated a double. They then did a room swap to ensure we would have a double, which would have then put someone else in the same predicament. On arrival to the room I was surprised by how basic it was, no fridge, barely any lighting - it was very dark in the main room (bathroom was well lit though). The towels were tiny (I'm a uk12 and only just got it round me), and there were only two tiny sachets of powdered milk in the room which didn't go far. There was only one pillow each in the room, and we had to call down for extra as they were quite thin. They also had pushed two twins together but had left the two single duvets, and there was no topper on the bed so it meant there was a dip in the middle of the two that I kept falling into when sleeping. The room was also so hot, but the air conditioning was on 5 degrees and not doing anything, it meant we slept really poorly for the whole stay. On the second day we went out till early afternoon, came back and the room service hadn't been completed meaning we had no room service at all for our stay. We had to go and find housekeeping to try and get extra milk, towels etc. when we complained to reception staff were indifferent but did agree to move us to a room that had been cleaned. This room was much smaller than the original room, but also had a fridge, so I'm confused why our original one didn't! It also had a balcony, but it was filthy and didn't look like it had been cleaned in a long time. Breakfast was quite nice as was the lobby area but noone was checking room numbers etc so anyone could walk in and eat breakfast. Overall I was disappointed with the hotel and the customer service and felt that the hotel has spent a lot of money on the ground floor and minimal on the rooms. It is also a pet friendly hotel, which is absolutely fine with me, but may be a problem for people with allergies as there were a lot of dogs around.
