Location

This aparthotel is located in the heart of Poznań city centre, just opposite the Stary Browar shopping centre. Poznań central station is 2 km from the hotel and the National Museum is just 750 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 4 junior suites, 8 single rooms and 15 double rooms located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional facilities include a newspaper stand. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A kitchenette with a tea/coffee station is also provided. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. The apartment hotel has non-smoking rooms.

    Awesome place, near to the city center, just few min walking, near to the Stary Browar mall :) Nice lady at the reception, very helpful :) Very clean and spacious apartment, comfortable beds. There are also towels, cutlery and dishes, fridge and kettle. Near żabka shop :) Underground car parking (extra paid, 50 PLN/per day). Quiet and cozy place:)

    Booked and paid for 4 nights here because it was advertised as 4/5 star but left after one night as it was a grotty dirty room filthy carpet , bathroom door wouldn’t close, the receptionist didn’t even ask why we were leaving 😟 awful place, avoid

    More than we expected

    Actually, this is not a hotel. So, our expectations were related to its category.But, it was a very clean, safe, and silent hotel with large rooms. By the way, it's very close to the old market (square) of Poznan and to the many other famous places. Moreover, their breakfast is one of the best in continental Europe which I was travel before. They provide free and fast wi-fi access to the internet.Thank you for your kind service. I hope to be there again.

    Really great place to stay

    Really fab place to stay in Poznan. Close to everywhere your likely to visit if sightseeing. Staff were all super helpful. Thanks to Anna for arranging a taxi for us to the airport . £6 50 ...So reasonable! We caught the bus from the airport to the city centre just for fun upon arrival. £1 and really straightforward. Anyway...Back to the hotel... Beds were very comfortable, room was lovely and warm. Very clean all round. Kettle and fridge as well as plates and cutlery all provided. Breakfast really was first class too. The only thing that spoilt it for us was the noise . Every night during our stay, loud thumping music and people partying. Til gone 1a.m. I don't think it was coming from inside the appartments but it did disturb us from sleeping. Would we stay again? Yes definitely. A great place to stay for the price . Thank you Platinum Palace team.

    Very decent and clean room. Clean bathroom. Delicious breakfasts with a large selection of products. A few minutes walk from the Poznan Old Town.The kitchenette was missing dishes such as plates, cups for tea (in those tiny cups of coffee you can not drink tea), a corkscrew. Apartment service very nice and helpful. I recommend staying here.
