This new hotel is located in the centre of the city, right across the street from the Poznan Fair Grounds and just 700 metres away from the central railway station.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 180 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available.     Great Sheraton in Poznan

    We had a wonderful stay at the Poznan Sheraton. The property is clean modern and well maintained. Linens and towels are bright and white. We enjoyed breakfast in the lobby restaurant and snacks at the lounge. Given my Marriott status they even gifted me a bottle of yummy wine🍷The staff was warm and friendly. Parking in the building is cozy so make a reso and there also is outdoor parking nearby. Trams are very convient or a 20 minute walk to old town. Great hotel.

    Sheraton Poznań, built in 2006 is opposite Poznań Expo, at walking distance of Poznań Główny and offers 180 rooms over 8 floors. Furnishings and decoration provide a quiet, high-quality atmosphere. There are a restaurant, spa & pool, and gym. Service is good and friendly. We were upgraded to club-floor. Our comfortable room had desk & chair, club-chair, TV, wardrobe with safe, ironing facility, fridge & Nespresso facility and an excellent kingsize bed. Window can be open, but you must face traffic noise. We had a nice bathroom with washbasin, shower over the bath, and toilet. All was impeccably clean. An excellent buffet breakfast is served: eggs made to order, a choice of cold cuts & cheeses, breads & toast, cereals & fruits, milk & yoghurts, juices & preserves, rolls & croissants, sparkling wine, tea & coffee. Sheraton Poznań is a comfortable hotel. Highly recommended.

    Lovely overnight stay to start off our trip in Poznan. Spacious room, nice lobby and friendly staff. Had an early flight and they accommodated for us and allowed an earlier check in and when checking out allowed us to store our luggage for a couple hours. Used facilities such as pool, gym and sauna, was always nice and quiet and we recommend this hotel if staying in Poznan. A bit too far if wanting to walk into the square however not far in a taxi and is near the airport.

    Spent 2 nights at this property for business. It is what you would expect of a Sheraton Property. Had a Club Lounge Access room. The club lounge is nice with plenty to choose from during evening cocktail / happy hour.Things to like:Nicely appointed roomEasy check in / outClose to city center centerAbout 15 mins to Airport Breakfast was plentiful and goodThings to improve:Could be quicker to seat and serve for Breakfast

    An incredible example of an accountability sink: Reserved the hotel months ago via the Marriott application. Got a careless email today that the reservation is cancelled and there is no availabilty left on the dates booked. The reason given was that the credit card had expired in the meantime. I did indeed have to update my credit card details for other bookings via the Marriott app.I cannot understand why, months later, old data from the original booking was still being used. But what is particularly disappointing is the fact that they did not even try to contact me first and simply cancelled the reservation.
