  This is my second stay in the golden Tulip Warsaw Airport and what can I say more than I have already mentioned before This hotel has got it all ! very spacious rooms with a view overlooking the center of Warsaw and the airport .   Looking nice on photos, the hotel seemed like it needed a little TLC, feeling tired and worn a bit. Advertised as a 4-star, we'd give it a 3-star with a push as there's plenty of room for improvement. To some extent you might say it's been rushed to build and organise, feeling a little plasticky and cheap. Breakfast was decent enough but again, 3-star hotel feel and some 3-star hotels would probably better it too. Ambient temperature in public areas felt quite hot, too. It was a 1st stay for us but unlikely staying again, unless offered a free stay to try the improvements they've made LOL

  Very nice hotel with nine floors overseeing the city and the airport .As the hotel is situated closer to the airport , 20 minutes ride to Warsa center with a few restaurants and shops across the roadComfy beds spacious room and very delicious breakfast The staff were really professional ,helpful and polite A big shout out to PAULINA who always ready to help.Thank you for making my stay very enjoyableROOM 904

  Very convenient located close to the airport. There are some convenience stores nearby and some restaurant.Easy to get to the city center by bus. The bus stop it's just next door.Spacious and comfortable rooms. The breakfast very good with some variety of products.Very good value for money when compared with pricey hotels in the city center.

  Golden Tulip Warsaw Airport is a hotel that, at first glance, seems like quite a good choice, especially when it comes to location. Indeed, it’s close to bus stops, not far from a train station, with shops and restaurants nearby, and both the city center and the airport are just a few minutes away. That’s a big plus that could tip the balance in the hotel’s favor. However, my overall impression after the stay is rather mixed.The internet is a disaster. These days, it’s hard to imagine a hotel where the Wi-Fi is this bad. Here, the connection kept dropping out and the speed was painfully slow. Even doing something as basic as checking information online or sending a few photos turned into a struggle. For anyone planning to work remotely or even just use transport apps, this is a major inconvenience.As for the room itself, it was acceptable overall. It was reasonably clean, the bathroom was well-kept, and the bed was comfortable. A big plus for the toiletries - not made in China, but partly made in Sweden and partly in France. That said, there was no expiration date on them, and the body lotion seemed expired. Unfortunately, the carpets were heavily worn and stained in places - they’re crying out for deep cleaning or replacement. Some of the room equipment also felt dated. The hotel could definitely use some investment to refresh the interiors. On the bed there were only two tiny pillows (one per person). We didn’t use the TV, minibar, or breakfast, so I won’t comment on those aspects.Another drawback was the lack of soundproofing and the noise. We stayed at the hotel for two nights because of a wedding nearby. The first night was quiet, but the second one was an absolute disaster. In the middle of the night, around 1:00 am, two men entered the elevator - one scanned his key card so the other could go up to the fifth floor, then stepped out himself. The man who went up started pounding on the door of room 506, which happened to be right next to ours (505). A frightened woman let him in, and soon a heated argument broke out inside the room. Most of the time we heard the man’s long monologues, and when he raised his voice we could make out some of his words. It was clear he was a manipulative, abusive partner - or ex-partner. Occasionally we heard objects being struck, while the woman shouted things like "you’re crazy", "get out" and "I’m scared of you".The situation seemed serious. Serious enough that other guests started opening their doors and looking into the hallway to see where the noise was coming from. I don’t know if anyone else reacted, but I called the reception, expecting a quick response. Yet for over ten minutes no staff member showed up, no one called the room, no one tried to calm things down. Finally, at 2:10 am, fearing for the woman’s safety, I called the emergency number 112. Only the police intervention resolved the situation.In the morning, when we checked out, no one from the staff even asked if the night had been quiet, if everything was okay, if something had happened, or if our stay was satisfactory. The receptionist simply took the key cards and said, "that’s all" before going back to chatting with other employees.These were supposed to be two peaceful nights in a four-star hotel, part of an international chain usually associated with higher standards and safety. Unfortunately, the lack of staff response to a potentially dangerous situation and the complete disregard for guests who couldn’t sleep due to the incident makes it hard to see this hotel as a place worth returning to. Poor Wi-Fi, worn-out carpets, and unengaged staff left a really bad impression.At times, I felt like I was staying at a decent hotel with some minor cleanliness issues. At other times, it felt like a cheap roadside motel straight out of an American movie - a feeling reinforced by broken glass bottles on the sidewalk outside and a shoe sole lying by the entrance for two whole days...
