    Nice hotel in a great location

    Great location opposite the main train station, bus station and shopping mall, which has a good food court on the second floor. There’s also some good bars underneath the arches very close by. The old town is not far and the whole town is easy to walk around and there’s plenty of trams and buses.The hotel reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable with a nice en-suite.

    Drill, baby, drill!

    I arrived at the hotel well before official check-in at 1400 hours. The girl at reception was not welcoming and simply said the room would be ready then.Needing change for the tram ticket machine as it would only accept PLN10 notes or coins, I had to twice ask her plus a male. The young man later on was friendly.The hotel has renovations underway but is very dated.My room incurred some noise from turning trams. That was expected. What was not expected was drilling and tapping on the hotel walls from 2245 to 2330 hours. Next morning another hotel receptionist could not explain why this occurred.The bedroom was small and dated. The two chairs and the desk were dated. Lighting was fairly poor with no bedside reading lamps. WiFi however worked well.The bed was reasonable and curtains fine.Tea, sugar, a kettle and two bottles of water were provided.The hotel room had a suitcase shelf but the only safety deposit box facilities were at reception.The bathroom had been renovated in recent years. The power shower delivered good amounts of hot water. Towels were OK.Location opposite the main railway station is great but tge hotel facilities were disappointing.

    As stated elsewhere, it's a bit dated and staff were not very friendly and welcoming. It was a bed for a few nights, but I wouldn't go back. Sheets didn't fit bed properly, a kettle provided but no tea bag or coffee sachet - niggling things that should really be addressed.Price was good - but I'd pay more and go elsewhere next time.Location was great with easy access to centre, station and bus to airport (200m walk away). No noise in hotel (I was in back), but plenty from outside.Such potential...

    Great location by the main train station.It does feel a little bit dated, but I had a good size room, and a desk to work from.The breakfast was extra, it was a buffet style breakfast, but there are other cafes close by if you want a bigger breakfast.I found the bars in the railway arches just round the corner from the hotel good for food and beer in the evening.You can walk or take a tram to the old town.

    Hotel has good location, 1 minute from main railway station, 15 minutes walk from Old Town. Breakfast very simple with not working coffee machine. One elevator also not working. Secured parking 5 minutes walk not connected with hotel. Room simple as well. Next time different hotel in Wrocław. Service kind.
