    Terrible experience in this hotel. No air conditioning in the room, at 7th floor was like a hell. Parking spot was not free, same for the breakfast. The balcony outside was completely covered with pigeons evacuations. If you ask for king size bed they will give you two single bed. Never again!

    Truly fantastic breakfast with EVERYTHING. Big, airy room, comfortable bed. Very enjoyable stay.It's a long way from the centre but the tram is OK.Cleaning was a bit half-hearted and the shower leaked.

    Dirty and old rooms

    The hotel is a aparthotel. There is definitely a plus in having a kitchen and living room when staying for a few days but the property is very worn out. See pictures attached. The furniture if broken and taped, room was dirty when I got there and the walls needed painting years ago. This is a 2 star by far. The staff were nice and friendly but if you like comfort and cleanliness, this hotel is not for you. Would not recommend and will not return.

    We have visited during our journey from Spain to the east of Poland and this was by far the best hotel we stayed during our 5 days journey. Nice staff at the reception, clean and nicely designed rooms, and fast room service from the restaurant on the ground floor. On top of that, they accept dogs! The bed was super comfy and pierogi and schnitzel to die for. We have also ordered breakfast which was super big and balanced. A big plus is also the parking behind the building. We will be definitely back.

    Very good for public transport access to the old town of Wroclaw. Loved the little kitchen section in my room along with the bar stools too. Bbc news the only english language channel on tv - however was not in Wroclaw to watch TV.
