    This is a 2 star hotel in my opinion. Tolerable if your priority is cheap stay and central location.

    Pros:Location is central.Beds are fairly comfortable.Cons:WiFi not good, kept dropping I had to complain. Room super noisy, people in another rooms and in the corridor woke us up. People please in the garden through the night. The bathroom had a horrible smell.No fridge in the room. This would be expected as they leave water for you but of course it’s warm. The room decor is very dated and not good looking - requires an update. Kettle offered with only one option of earl grey tea. The breakfast included not great, they don’t offer toast? Such simple and expected item for people from Europe. TV is basic, no English channels.

    I was booked as part of an Explore tour, this was not the hotel we were supposed to stay in but it was switched last minute. This hotel is very basic, not unpleasant but a bit quirky. I had one of the refurbished rooms, which was very large, with a large bathroom. However once stepping out of the lift you have to walk through a very long, creepy, dark corridor. The doors are still opened with keys rather than card. Some of our group were placed in the old rooms and quickly asked to move, they were apparently not very nice. The staff at the desk were friendly. I liked the breakfast. The courtyard was a bit depressing looking, very soviet style. Something needs to be done to cheer that space up! Location was great though, only a 15 min walk into Old town, which has lots of places to eat, shop and take in the sights. There is also a convenience shop right next door which is useful for snacks and drinks.

    I was lucky in picking up a bargain deal, so no complaints whatsoever on VFM. Central location, close to rail, tram & bus stops, and the excellent bars under the arches. Only a short walk from the airport bus 106, so another bonus. Room was fine, breakfast pretty decent, staff brilliant so one very happy customer. If I come to Wroclaw again, I would definitely stay here, as it’s affordable and in such a good location.

    We were given this hotel as part of a wowcher deal so weren’t expecting too much but even so - the hotel was still under our expectations. It’s old, tatty & unclean. Filthy corridors, pealing wallpapers and cockroaches in the rooms. The rooms are below basic and beds falling apart. Breakfast was terrible - we only actually managed one day out of the two. I really wouldn’t recommend this hotel….

    Hotel is very basic but it is a 3 star and you get your moneys worth! It was a nice surprise to get a balcony view. Make sure you ask for extra pillows! Staff are friendly and greet you with a warm smile. If there is anything you need, just ask! Breakfast is continental. Could have done with a bit more variety. Like yogurts and fruit and a bit more hot food! Distance from main square is about a 15-20 min walk. Although lots of trams near by. Make sure you take ear plugs. Trams run outside from hotel up until about midnight and start again about 5am. We got use to the noise after the first night! Overall a bargain and nice first experience of Poland!
