Location

This family-friendly business hotel is located in the city centre of Wroclaw and is close to the Old Market Square, the Opera House, the Philharmonic Hall, the Polish Theatre and the Capitol concert hall. The railway station and many other tourist attractions in Wroclaw are also nearby. Guests have a choice of 164 non-smoking rooms, including 4 junior suites and 115 single rooms.     The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is only about 700 meters from Wrocław’s main train station, with several tram stops just 50–100 meters away. The room was spacious and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a climate control system in the room, which was a plus. The bathroom included a bathtub, which was a pleasant bonus. Last but not least, the breakfast was particularly good, with a wide variety of options that changed slightly from day to day.I cannot point to any significant drawbacks. However, as a minor note, if you are traveling with heavy luggage and plan to walk from the train station, be aware that much of the route consists of cobbled streets, which can make it difficult to roll a suitcase.

    Really great Hotel within 15 mins walk of the Market Square/Downtown near to the Railway Station. Very nice bright modern Hotel with very clean rooms. They also have a fitness room with a Sauna. Really nice Staff especially the Reception Staff who were very helpful with Booking the Zoo, etc. Cannot comment on the food as did not eat there. Strongly recommended!

    I am very disappointed. On Thursday evening, February 12, I booked a room at the Scandic Wroclav hotel. I accidentally made the reservation for Thursday, February 12, to Friday, February 13. After paying, I immediately wanted to correct the mistake and called the hotel. Of course, it was almost midnight, so they told me to call on Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. I did so, but I was not allowed to move my reservation from Saturday, February 14, to Sunday, February 15, which was the date I originally wanted to book. However, the hotel manager decided that this was not possible and that I had to make and pay for a new reservation. I find such behavior on the part of such a large hotel chain very unprofessional.

    Great hotel, beautiful and useful design in rooms. Very cosy beds! Excellent breakfasts buffet with a lot of options. Helpful and nice personnel. Definitely going to get back to this hotel.
