Location

The apartment complex is just across the road from the pleasant local sandy beach (150 m). Close to the centre, guests will be staying close to many shopping and entertainment venues. Public transport departs from stops located just 150 m away.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 30 apartments located in two 3-storey buildings with lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service (for a fee) gives guests the opportunity to explore the surrounding area independently.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. Bathrooms are equipped with a bidet and bathrobes. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. A sun terrace, sun loungers, and parasols are available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, fishing, a gym, a solarium and hiking. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

    The Hotel is good located, only some minutes away from the beach and within 15 minutes walking distance to restaurants. There is enough space to park in front of the Hotel. Small pool, rooms okay, a small café beside the hotel, which is quite okay for breakfast. Reception not open on Sunday. Rather expensive for this kind of hotel - at least in July. Probably one of the ugliest hotels (old concrete block) on Algarve in front of the hotel. WLAN not in all rooms.Altura has a long flat beach, for us the rocky part of the Algarve between Faro and Sagres is a much better choice.One of the

    We booked this apartment last minute and price was very reasonable for a family of 4. Positives: Apartment overlooking pool and only 5 minutes walk to a great beach and reasonable restaurants. Negative: beds fairly ordinary and if ur like us, u need a good nights sleep. Basically u pay for what u get.

    Great aparthotel to stay at!Very clean including pool ,great facilities!Close to the beach!Good price for this quality!Close to the main street where most of the nightlife is , but it's not much, so good thing is , just take the car over to the next down for some more nightlife,which is very close by!One bad point is that there was no wifi in the rooms, in this day and age , all hotels should have them!Still was positively surprised with the facilites!Recommend it!

    Just returned from the alagoa mar after a weeks break and it was just what the doctor ordered! Location is good, in between the old and new town (approx 10 min walk to each). Hotel room spacious and clean - however we were overlooking the main rd which was a bit noisy so if your a light sleeper maybe ask for a room overlooking the pool, staff very friendly and helpful, helped us organise transport to Vilamoura which is a must. Food options were not plentiful, more of a snack bar than anything else but it was all good quality. Loads of places to eat anyway in the old/new towns. Food was great, we never had a bad meal in any of the restaurants. Pool area clean and well maintained. Beach again about a 10 min walk away. Would definitely return here and recommend this hotel to anyone.

    We stayed here in September with friends perfect location rooms were very roomy and clean,staff were very friendly and helpful, especially reception and Tina who ran the bar, nothing was too much trouble,a bit noisy if your room over looks the main road but didn't bother us too much, Great supermarket nearby, would definitely stay again..
