Location

This hotel is located near the beach of Rocha Baixinha (about 50 m away), in a spectacular clifftop setting with views over sandy Falésia beach (50 m from the hotel). Restaurants and bars are to be found in the near vicinity (about 300 m). Links to the public transport network can easily be reached on foot. Faro airport is approximately 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

The resort was modernised in 2024. Guests have a choice of 432 rooms located in two 2-storey buildings with lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the complex include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. Equipped with a direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. As a special feature, bathrooms are also stocked with cosmetic products and a selection of towels. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool area, which includes indoor pools as well as outdoor pools, is the perfect to relax after a full and active day. There are also 2 pools just for kids. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The complex offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, crazy golf and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts can enjoy water aerobics and aquafit. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, darts and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a spa and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include a kids' club, live music and a dance club.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Terrible mattress. The smaller pool is more relaxing to sit around.

    We really liked the layout of the resort. There is a noisy pool with music and activities, but we were happy when we found the quieter pool. Both have bars and food available during the day. The room was a really good size and the shower was powerful. The food was OK, there was lots of it but it’s a bit ‘samey.’ The biggest downside was the mattress, it was so uncomfortable. It was rock hard and had dips in it. They did provide a slim mattress topper but that didn’t help. I have a bad back, this is my third night of not sleeping, I’m looking forward to going home. A week here has been more than enough. I really think hotels should invest in new mattresses more often.You need transport, which can be arranged by the hotel. The beach is very difficult to access if you have any mobility problems or small children, also there aren’t any facilities on the beach, just a few umbrellas. I’m not sure who I would recommend it to.

    We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Adriana Beach Club, and it exceeded all our expectations. The resort is beautifully located, surrounded by nature and just a short walk from the stunning Algarve coastline.What truly made our holiday special was the incredible Entertainment Team! Their energy, enthusiasm, and genuine friendliness created a wonderful atmosphere from morning until night. Whether it was sports activities, games, evening shows, or simply taking the time to chat with guests, they made everyone feel welcome and included.A special thank you to the entire team for making our children smile every day and creating unforgettable family memories.     Great hotel with excellent food

    Visited the AP Adriana Beach Resort in May 2026, for a week. We prefer this time of year, as it is not too hot, and is usually quieter. We had done our research, but the hotel exceeded our expectations. The rooms are clean, the beds comfortable and air conditioning functioned well. The grounds are huge, and really well maintained and clean. If you are someone who likes to have a stroll after dinner, there are lovely shaded trails and paths, including to the cliffs above the beach where you can watch the sunset. There are steep stairs to the beach, which we didn't use much because there are no toilets or drinks available ( I presume it is a public beach so not a criticism of the hotel). There are two pools, the larger one is near the entrance to the resort and the main buffet restaurant, and is where the entertainment takes place, both during the day and the evening. There is a smaller and quieter pool and bar near T-block which we preferred, and lots of shaded areas with sunbeds if you are not keen on the pool. The food was very good and quite varied. Breakfast offered lots of meats, cheeses, salads, pastries and often smoked salmon, and freshly prepared eggs, bacon, pancakes etc. The layout of the seating is well done - there are various rooms off the main buffet area, and also several covered patio areas if you prefer to eat outside. Dinner was of good quality and varied, and included lots of meats, vegetables, salads and desserts. Wine, beer and cold drinks are on tap, so you can help yourself. We were concerned about the quality of the wine, but it was actually quite acceptable!The reception staff were helpful, but there were a few things they could have explained better - for example, you can eat breakfast and lunch at the smaller pool area near T-block, and then in the evenings that restaurant converts into the a la carte Grill restaurant. It's much quieter and a nicer atmosphere than the bigger restaurant. You need 10 euros in cash for each pool towel, which is refundable at the end of your stay.You can eat at the two a la carte restaurants by booking online, and we enjoyed these but the food in the main restaurant was also excellent.The all inclusive drinks are OK, although many of the cocktail mixes are from a machine rather than mixed by hand - understandable in view of the number of people on the resort. Sometimes there was a bit of a queue, but not really a problem. Not everything is included (there is an expensive Premium package but probably not worth it) - for example, Aperol Spritz is not included, but Gordons Gin is. There's a menu at the bar and a QR code to check.We took two very cheap day trips - on to Albufeira, which we enjoyed, and the second to Vilamoura which is a very modern marina and beach - this wasn't for us, so we took a walk to Quateria, a more natural resort popular with Portuguese tourists where we ate at the Teixeira Wine Bar, then took an Uber back to the Marina to meet the bus back to the hotel.Overall, we really enjoyed our time at the Adriana and would recommend.     Best entertainment great for families!Shout out to WESLEY TOMAZ LEO LAION JOAO and the girls! The entertainment team never stop from 10am until late at night every day. My daughters loved all the dancing! This was our second time coming to Adriana Beach Club this time I brought my parents and another family.
