  This was my first time in Chicago and I had a quick stay at LondonHouse, and I honestly could not have asked for a better experience.Now… naturally, I am someone who tends to run around like a chicken with my head cut off, and this trip was no exception. I had a million things going on and somehow managed to turn myself into full-on entertainment for the hotel staff 😂As I was checking out, I realized I had misplaced my wallet… and if you’ve ever traveled, you already know the level of stress and anxiety that comes with losing something that important.This is where I truly cannot say enough about the staff—especially Allen R.In the middle of my chaos, he was the calm. Patient, kind, and genuinely willing to help, he didn’t just point me in a direction and move on. He stayed with me, helped me search everywhere—from my room to my bags—and truly treated the situation like we were in it together. It felt like I had a teammate during a very stressful moment, and that meant more than I can even express.Marcus and George were also so incredibly helpful and kind throughout the whole situation, and I’m so grateful for all of them.We did end up finding my wallet (thankfully 🙏🏼), but what really stood out to me was how supported I felt the entire time. The hotel itself is beautiful, but it’s the people who make the experience.If you ever stay here, ask Allen R about the “Greek girl from Cleveland” and tell him I sent you 😂Even with the chaos, this ended up being such a memorable and positive experience. Sometimes you just have to laugh—and I definitely will be laughing about this one for a long time.   Londonhouse provided the perfect stay for my husband and I for our 19th anniversary. The location was central to much of what we’d planned. Our city/riverside view was perfect and the rooftop lounge was top tier. From customer service, room service to the overall aesthetics Londonhouse exceeded our expectations.
