  Stayed here last October and staying again may 26. love holidays told me there was no poolside rooms left phoned Isabel on reception and got a poolside apartment.lovely lady who will help you out. Best bar Fat Cats at the bottom of the hill.

  Came here last November for 4 nights with 2 of my sisters we booked 2 apartments and we was greeted by a friendly staff as we got to the resort very late at night at 12am. The staff were super friendly and helpful , the rooms were stunning , very spacious and very clean , cleaners would come an clean our rooms every day , around the corner there are so many places to eat and to buy snacks that are so close by even a halal place were the food was amazing. Lidl an aldi are close by aswell. Its easy easy to use uber. Would definitely recommend it to family and friends and already planning my next visit hopefully soon.

  Hotel was okay. Average. The staff don’t seem too bothered (I don’t know maybe they were hostile towards me only). The room was very cold. I only stayed for two days. I shivered throughout the night. There was no orientation nor information on how to keep report concerns or even regulate temperature in the room. There was a hotel number I’d call but no one answers! They just text you back saying “hi”. Other than that, I enjoyed Portugal - such a beautiful country !

  Don’t listen to any bad reviews!!! It’s lovely. Room is clean and the whole apartment is light and airy. It’s not perfect but then where is ?! Reception lady was lovely. Spoke good English. If she was at the bar over the way that’s probably because it’s all part of the same complex. Yep people can see in but guess what!!! You can shut your curtains!! Or choose to flash your bits. Up to you. Instead of people coming on here to be horrible and putting photos up of the faults how about just say nothing. !! A chappy came up and asked if we wanted him to clean the place. I said we’re ok. Clean towels then ? Toilet rolls?!Lovely pool that was cleaned of leafs every morning. Comfy bed and had everything we needed. Some ants creeping about but no big deal. Get some ant powder. Oh and there was a little tea stain on the cupboard but guess what I did. I wiped it off 🙄Stop moaning people and enjoy your holiday !! Close to the strip but not noisy at all. We will be coming back next year. Lovely private area outside your apartment where you can sunbathe. WIFI and you can sign into Netflix. In some parts the floor is a bit rickety but again, no big deal. Well worth the money. 🤗

  Ours Senses - July 2025 (Formula Holidays Review)

  The photos make this look like a near enough 5 star hotel for the price of a two star. In reality you’ll be staying a 2 star hotel for the price of a 5 star. When we arrived the reception was good at getting our room sorted which we appreciated considering we did arrive early. When we got to our room there was ants, literally in every room possible. The ants owned the apartment and we were visiting them. There was a dirty used tissue by the side of the bed under the bedside table. Meaning that the room had nearly been cleaned. And if I become unwell from staying at this hotel, I will be fuming. The air condition unit had a mind of its own. The walk way were falling apart and made me fear for my safety at times because it feel as though you would fall through the gaps. What these seems like is that the owners are clearly too greedy and taking a lot of money out of the hotel and not reinvesting into upgrading and the maintenance of critical components. The shower was also falling apart and coming away from the wall. Other than that great views, great location to the strip and other amenities.
