This family-friendly apartment hotel is situated in the pleasant region of Olhos d'Agua, just 5 minutes from the local fishermen's beach and the long and sandy Falésia beach, where guests will find many restaurant and bars. Faro Airport (FAO) is the nearest airport, 35 km from the hotel.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in a 2-storey building with a lift and 28 apartments. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Small property with 28 self catered apartments, which were well sized with good kitchen facilities for you to be able to cook anything. They don't allow large group bookings so clientele was mainly couples and families. It is so quiet there and no need to get up early to reserve beds by the pool as there was room for everyone. 5 min walk from the beach and restaurants/bars. Very clean - the cleaners were fantastic and the whole place was spotless. Bernado on reception was warm and friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Such a lovely person. Ricardo on the bar was also very personable and attentive. A lot of repeat customers. Already planning for our return trip next year.

    Bernardo the Manager is on hand anytime, to make sure all is well..My room 215, perfect, immaculate, huge, great views of restaurants, you will not get better...The room attendants, do an amazing job at not only keeping your room immaculate, but the whole complex, Ricardo and Marie, work on the pool restaurant, I really do recommend their cooked brekkie, there two weeks and had one EVERY DAY....😂...they look after your every need, with a smile, a lot of the customers returning every year, so you can see why...No rushing down for sunbeds, pool doors open at 9, but their is always beds, no matter what time you come down...5 min....To beach...To restaurants...To shops...To Pubs...Supermarket...The Portuguese are such a wonderful race, they really are....there 2 weeks never saw one policeman..There is a restaurant next to hotel ,O MANUEL, it looks closed, but it's just to keep sun out....THEY SERVE THE BEST MEATS IN THE RESORT, TRY THE HANGING KEBAB...SPOT ON.... BUT PUT THIS IN YOUR DIARY TO TRY....The pool bar closes at 7.00pm at Aqua Mar.Don't worry about getting back in, there is a code on for customers that may stay out late....Private car park, should you wish to drive, with locked barrier....👍The kitchen in the apparent has absolutely everything you would ever need, even new dish cloths and tea towels... everything here has been thought out....it really has...👏👏👏👏👏👏👏Aircon is included in price, we never used our much as room was nice and cool...What have I got to say that is Negative..... ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! even on your last day their is a Cracking bottle of red in your room to thank you for your stay, Bernardo.... really has got everything sorted, listen to this, it was my Birthday and when I got to room......A CHILLED BOTTLE OF ASTI OFF THE AQUA TEAM....♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️.Well, back in the UK NOW....But can my Wife and I say a massive thank you to Barnardo and his team for really looking after us for two weeks....And the wonderful friends we met, especially our Laura and Mick........hugs and kisses ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂🫂👏👏👏👏👏👏Will we be back......WHAT DO YOU THINK....🤣🤣

    Visited May 26,perfect location,quiet but only a short stroll into town for restaurants & bars.The team at Aqua Mar are very polite hardworking & they can't do enough for you.Room was perfect,large living area,well equipped kitchen large bedroom & spotless bathroom.

    On arrival, we received a lovely warm welcome from the manager. The apartment was spacious & spotlessly clean, as were the shared areas. The pool area was very relaxing , and lunches at the pool bar were excellent with lovely staff. We've never written a review before but were compelled to do so as the stay was so wonderful.     My husband and I have stayed at the Aquamar several times. We are always impressed with the friendly and helpful staff.The apartments are very roomy and well equipped and the cleanliness is excellent.The pool and bar area offer a relaxed and private area and is with easy walking distance of the beach restaurants and supermarket.
