Location

The hotel lies in the outskirts of Albufeira around 800 m from the resort centre. Numerous shopping and entertainment facilities are just a few minutes from the hotel. There is a stop for public transport just in front of the hotel. The nearest beach is only 15 minutes away around on foot (800 m from the hotel). Faro is around a 30-minute drive away (22 km).

Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 4-storey building with a lift and 14 apartments. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. There are a number of shops as well. Children can enjoy the playground. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (no extra charge).     Awful. Didn't even stay one night, checked out and paid to go somewhere else. Gloomy, depressing, ancient furniture, horrible view, weird smells. I don't know what the other reviewers are used to, but we hated it. Victor was very nice, that was the only positive, the 1 star is for him !

    Stayed here for a week from Preston and absolutely love it here. Quality rooms, good staff and a fantastic, quiet pool. Do be aware a lot of us do like to party, but I’ve seen families also enjoy their stay here!The only caviat keeping it from 5 stars is loud parties seem to fall on deaf ears. A large group of lads had a party all through day and night, but nothing was seemingly done, whereas other groups would make a small amount of noise and find themselves confronted.A minor issue that could easily be solved if complaints were heard. Other than that, absolutely quality stay and I would reccommend it to anyone, and would stay here again! Great location and great amenities (5 mins from shops, 5 mins from an S-tier Chinese!)

    Great apartments, we stayed in room 403 which had 2 balconies at either side.Great views and very clean .Our hosts Victor & Fernandes were lovely and both very accommodating.Would definitely return if we visit the area again.Great supermarket with food court virtually 1 min walk away .

    This block of holiday apartments is just a 15 mins walk from the beach and 20mins from the square in Albuferia old town. The site manager, Victor is a most pleasant and welcoming host and responded to our every need. We found the apartment to be clean, tidy and comfortable. It may not be the most modern but doesn't suffer as a result. The pool is excellent and was properly maintained every morning before the sun came up. What's not to like?

    Stayed here for a second time in September. We were last here 5 years ago, late check in very easy and straightforward. We were in apartment 103, big and spacious with everything we needed. Air con in the bedroom was great. Apartment was well managed and cleaned daily with new towels every couple of days. There is a lovely pool that we used twice, plenty of sunbeds and never too busy. Viktor the owner is a gentleman and so helpful. These apartments are also in a great location. They are between the old and new town. There is also a shopping centre nearby with a large grocery shop. We will definately be back again. Thank you Viktor.
