This hotel is located on a main road in Monte Gordo, approximately 300 m from the centre. The beach is some 250 m away and separated from the hotel by just a street. Public transport departs from stops just 200 m from the hotel. Scores of shops, bars and nightclubs are within easy reach.

Facility

55 double rooms are available to guests in a 3-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. Additional facilities include a TV room.     Our stay at the Casablanca hotel was wonderful. The staff were always welcoming, friendly and helpful. The help yourself breakfast choices were numerous and generous. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the endless beach and very close to food stores, restaurants and bars.

    After reading some reviews I was a little bit panicked about our trip. I was wrong nothing to worry about. When we arrived check in was quick and easy. Tourist tax was only 14 euros for both of us for the week. We had a drink in the bar the waiter automatically added 3 euros service charge which I found a bit cheeky. Needless to say was the last drink we had in the hotel bar. The rooms were cleaned everyday and there was plenty of room for the two of us. Some more drawers would have been good but not a problem.Breakfast was good and plenty to eat. The only issue a couple of times things ran out bacon/ fried eggs. Even though we sat there finishing our food a good 20 minutes they still weren't replaced. Reception staff were lovely and helpful. The hotel itself is in the perfect spot for the beach and surrounds and restaurants. Overall a very good holiday I would happy return .

    The hotel and staff are lovely, it was the food that let it down. Particularly evening meals the food was pretty average and not always hot.
