Location

The hotel, located directly in the middle of the tourist centre is just a short walk from the nearby fine sandy beach. The centre of town along with numerous shopping opportunities, restaurants, bars and nightclubs are all just a short walk away. Access to public transport is also located in the immediate vicinity. The Vilamoura Marina harbour is about 3 km away, the waterpark about 4 km, the marine zoo about 25 km and the historic Silves Castle is about 40 km.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. Guests have a choice of 154 non-smoking rooms located in two 7-storey buildings with lifts. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (for a fee) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service (for a fee) to explore the surrounding area. 3 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and adjustable central heating. Guests have a beautiful view of the sea from the balcony or terrace, which are included in the standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

The hotel provides a number of options for sport and leisure. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the outdoor pool area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including cycling/mountain biking, massage treatments and hiking. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Guests are treated to culinary delights at the buffet restaurant. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Staff are also happy to provide children's meals. The hotel also offers snacks. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    Great hotel just a couple of minor issues

    I would recommend this hotel if visiting Quarteira. Probably one of the best hotels in the area. The air conditioning was very ineffective though unfortunately. I asked for it to be looked at and in fairness to the hotel staff, it was looked at but it made no difference. Very stuffy room in summer weather made it hard to sleep. Our shower tray was also blocked and not draining fully. Other than that it was a lovely hotel and lovely staff. Food lovely also. Right on beachfront which was good too. Nice choice if looking for a quieter holiday destination.     Lovely family run hotel, had a sea view room with balcony. Unfortunately 4 days out of 7 day stay weather was cold and rainy. Rooms are compact could do with a bit more storage. Staff give excellent service. Quartier very quiet, maybe visited to early in season.     WOW what a hotel. location is spot on... breakfast spot on... cleanliness spot on... i could go on and on but wont... just book it!!!plenty of cafe / bars around, but if you want fancier places 40 mins walk to vilamoura. nice and easy, flat all the way....it is only 3 star? how??? we will return....     Lovely Stay - Great Location

    Had a lovely stay for 5 nights. The hotel is in a superb location, right on the beach front. About a 30/40 minute walk to Vilamoura Marina, which we did a couple of times or else a 7/8 min taxi which is very cheap - less than 4 euro. The hotel is ideally located if you want to just stay around Quarteira which is a bit quieter or not too far from the Marina if you want something more lively. Modern vibe to the hotel but really classy at the same time. The lobby is really well done with plenty space with a good food and drinks menu. There was music every second night. Good amenities on site with a good gym and the buffet breakfast included was good quality. Sea view was nice and well worth it. Staff are very pleasant and helpful. Only downside to the stay was people reserving beds by the pool. As the space here is a bit limited, I think the hotel should remove towels if people are not on the beds.Would highly recommend given the reasonable price and would stay again.
