    We have stayed here a few times and We always find the place clean, tidy and We've never had a Problem, The Staff are all friendly and always willing to help, We had everything We needed for a self catering break away, Yes you have to give a €200 Deposit but if the place is as you found it when you got there you get it back as We did, If you find anything wrong when you get there take a picture and tell them straight away, I would highly Recommend the edificio Sequeira to all My friends and family, thant you, Jim

    Beware when booking here , through holiday Agent , the owners like to cancell , and then put the price up to a ridiculous amount even after 7 months prebooked , Greedy Greedy Greedy not even worth what they charge , End of #Beware ############################################################################################Beware

    Terrible ordeal. Blood and glass all over the main entrance after an altercation involving a local resident and police and a mob of thugs. We were woken at 2am. Blood curdling screams from men in our stairwell. My child is traumatized. Please stay away
