The hotel has 6 lifts and features 229 rooms and 26 suites. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     Wonderfully relaxed hotel in a beautiful location.The hotel facilities are of a high standard and befitting a 5-star rating.The rooms are nice and spacious, as is the outdoor terrace (we had a suite with a separate bedroom), and very clean.There is little to disturb you… no noise disturbance…. There are children, but they are well-behaved… you won't be bothered by them..The staff is exceptionally friendly.It is a great spot in the Algarve. We will definitely go back.     Rooms are huge, beautiful and comfortable. Location is right on the beach and more reclusive. The place feels relaxing, very clean, service is outstanding and people friendly, we had a great time. Many pools, full service spa, multiple restaurants options on location. Great breakfast. Parking included. Quite place, no noise. Price- value relationship is fair. Yes I would recommend for a beach retreat. No bad experiences. We had a balcony the view to the courtyard.Great bed linens, and cozy canopy. Very clean.     This is a wonderful hotel, one of the very best on the Algarve. Our experience started a little wrong footed as we expected a 14.00 check in but we were told our room would not be ready until 16.00? Why you may ask, well we were upgraded to a suite which is not in the main hotel building. However when we made it clear we wanted to be in the main building everything was sorted by the wonderful Anastacia Braga. Our seaview room was amazing, with the most thoughtful design touches, plenty of storage, great lighting for my wife to do her makeup and a great nightlight. There is a lovely adult only pool, plenty of of grounds and direct access to the cliff top access to the beach. Great food at lunchtime and super cocktails in the evening. All in all our favourite hotel on the Algarve and we look forward to returning next year.     Brilliant staff and beautiful family hotel

    Beautiful hotel in a great location just next to the beach (and away from the strip). Peaceful and calm atmosphere with several pools with different vibes (family, couples, etc.). Staff were lovely (shout out for Alexandre and Miguel in particular). The room was amazing with a big balcony, made spotless every day by the cleaning staff. The room was suitable for us as a small family of three, with a cot provided for our 1-year-old (I would have liked a changing mat however, but I should have remembered to bring one with me and didn't ask if they would provide one). My one point of feedback (and reason for four stars instead of five) is food - I am plant-based and I really struggled. There were options for breakfast but I did have to order them separately and wait quite a while so my wife and daughter were ready to go just as I was ready to start. I also wanted to attend the evening buffet but saw nothing suitable for vegans so went elsewhere (not that I was spoilt for choice in the area!). Overall though I am so grateful for the staff for helping to give us such a special week in the sun. We hope to come back again one day. Thank you!
