Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club, a kids' disco and live music.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Warm hospitality and a cosy atmosphere await guests in 4 non-smoking restaurants. All-inclusive special can be booked. Special extras for all-inclusive holidaymakers include, for example, a brunch and snacks. A generous breakfast buffet, lunch and a dinner from the buffet or à la carte offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes, children's meals and lactose-free food can be prepared on request. Baby food is available for little ones. The hotel also offers special catering options. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction.     I always feel when writing a review it should be balance so here goes.Me and my family enjoyed many parts of the hotel and its has good things for children, its in a decent location and has links to most place. The rooms were clean and had a good selection of drinks and availability.Now the key thing for me is how they deal with issues or complaints and the way mine was handled shows that its a hotel that doesnt take things serious. After 4 days of my 8 days i started to have bad stomach cramps and heavy diarrhoea, to be straight i travel all over the world for work and have a very strong tolerance to this stuff so this shows how bad it must of been. My wife was around the people and over heard another family talking about the same issues of sickness/diarrhoea, who mentioned to her that a number of people had made the same complaints. she reported to reception on my behalf whos comments included 'we havent had anyone report issues' the only thing you can do is go to the pharmacy or hospital' no empathy, no concern just point blank dismissive. It then became apparent a number of people had gone on to the Facebook page and started to comment on this where a number of people had raised issue and previous guest also started to comment. I wrote a complaint to the hotel who again said there was no issues raised even though i told them of the Facebook comments and got a generic manufactured apology. Key points:- no requirement to sanitise hands on entry to food hall- witnessed children picking up food with hands and putting back in- children with scooters driving around the buffet hallAll the above contributes to germs etc. In other all inclusives that have buffet there were strict rules when you entered to avoid these issues.unfortunately this part ruined my holiday and i would say if you want to take the risk that a hotel that has great assets but seem to treat food and hygiene with little care and are dismissive when you report it then go ahead but i would think twice.

    Amazing hotel with great food and swimming pools and the rooms were so clean and lovely and enough space,The evening entertainment was great on the pirate night and the circus night and the Disney night but the masquerade and bingo night wasn't very good,The gift shop in the hotel was great and the spar shop that literally is outside the hotel down on the right.Entertainment team seemed very friendly I took part in aquagym which was good.Swim up bars and other bars were great.

    Food is varied and suits all tastes. Restaurants are great. Fussy eaters are well catered for.Kids loved pool, slides and activities.

    We loved everything, food was great, a good variety, lots of fruit and vegies, the service was great, the pool and the slides were wonderful and a good fun for us and the kids. To the beach is a bit of a distance to walk (15min) but they provide free buses which was great. Overall we loved it, only one thing to wish is the pool water to be heated at least in one of the pools. Though it shall not be an issue if you go in later spring or summer.

    Great hotel, excellent facilities for kids…..special mention to Rafa, Lara and Helen in the entertainment team who made our kids holiday extra special. Fantastic food, very clean and lots to do. Would definitely recommend.
