    We stay here generally ever two years, after arriving or before leaving Portugal, and always wish we were staying longer.We endorse all the other positive reviews and don’t recognise the negative experiences cited by a reviewer this February, NB We are independent travellers and weren’t paid to write a positive review as the disgruntled reviewer suggested!Attractive, comfortable, well thought through accommodation, including very comfortable large beds, and en suite showers - no longer over the bath, excellent a/c and free wifi, and now a roofed in swimming pool with great views. The large balcony rooms on the top floor are especially good, but require early booking.The included breakfasts offer varied foods and is in an attractive area. We ourselves have never failed to find a parking space in the adjacent square. Staff are largely multi lingual and helpful.There is a variety of eating options in Loule, but our dinner choice is always Afonso lll next door and which serves delicious Portuguese dishes at a good price.

    What a beautiful little hotel in town centreNice rooms, fast Internet, lovely pool area and gym, obliging and polite staff, nothing too much trouble, all with a breakfast to die for! Fabulous!

    Lovely hotel, great rooftop pool and downstairs lounge and dining is all really tastefully set up- very chill vibe. The breakfast is fab!! Very wholesome. Hotel staff are friendly and tge added bonus of being able to park in the underground garage takes the stress away . All the key places are walking distance from the hotel- lots of options for food and drink nearby.

    I would not recommend this hotel. They must’ve paid to get their good rating so here’s the thing their Internet is terrible. It goes out everyfew minutes. I’ve had to call down several several times. I’m so tired of calling them the air in the room when you put heater on in a few minutes, it switches to air conditioning. I’m so uncomfortable here. I can’t wait to get out. Also they don’t tell you this upfront but if you don’t get a more expensive room, you don’t get a hot water kettle and you don’t get coffee in your room. I’m leaving two days early. And their breakfast is not very good at all.

    What a fantastic find. Apart from being a very reasonable price, I cannot fault it in any way. From the booking in to booking out it was a very nice experience. The bed was so comfortable and huge, the bathroom was very well equipped and spotless, so was the whole room. Breakfast was very good too. 10/10 for this hotel.
