Location

This family-friendly club resort is located by the sea, only 5 minutes from the beach and the centre of the town of Luz, providing guests with peace and serenity to allow them to set their mind at rest far away from the tourist masses. Lagos with its many restaurants is approximately 5 km from the resort and Faro airport is around 70 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 32 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A safe, a TV room, a car hire service, a transfer service, a laundry service and a fax machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park. Active guests can make use of the bicycle hire service to explore the surrounding area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. Other features include a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge). A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

    A wonderful familyhotel. Consists of about 40 lovely, clean, seasight rooms. The staff is friendly, hellful and professional. They serve an excellent breakfast in the morning. They also have a buffet at night against a very reasonable price. The meals are very tastful. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for a next stay.

    Our room smelt very musty and the bed was very uncomfortable. It turns out we where found out that we were sleeping on box springs. There was no mattress! You read that correctly. The pool was nice

    Beautiful villas. Well maintained with excellent staff and a great buffet breakfast. Staff couldn’t do enough. Quiet location with car parking. Ideal for us to explore the south and a little of the west coast of the Algarve. Nearby Luz is a little gem and quick trip to Lagos for a beautiful narrow little centre with great restaurants and shopping.

    The lush gardens of the expansive garden area are the best aspect but the pool is great too. We got an economy room and still have a beautiful bathroom, Air Conditioning and a veranda with a view of the gardens and pool.I wish we had planned to stay more than one night; ideal for touring Sagres and Lagos ... and other west Algarve locations by car.

    We've just spent a week at Luzmar Villas and were delighted with our choice. It's a beautifully laid out, smallish quiet hotel with very pleasant service and a laid-back (but efficient) feel to it. We had a superior room with a sea view and it was huge, airy and very comfortable (excellent beds and shower, too) with a good=sized balcony and seating area.The breakfasts are fine - lots of fresh fruit and very good coffee. And because we were out all day, we ate in the hotel in the evenings and that was fine too, not exciting cutting edge cuisine - but then it's not a restaurant. But always appetising and generous. with a good choiceThe whole feel of the place is incredibly relaxing and it feels thoughtful and well-run. The staff - in particular Marianna, Bruno and warm smiley Delilah are all attentive and helpful. A bulb went in one of our bedside lamps during the week and within 5 minutes, someone had come up and changed it for us. Now that's good service! Oh and the wifi is fast, too - always a bonus.The hotel is about 20 minutes walk into Luz, but that means it's quiet and feels a bit tucked-away (it's on the road out to the lovely villages of Burgau and Salema) We had a car and there's lots of parking. The grounds are lovely and in all this is a very charming spot to while away a relaxing and restful week, being well cared-for.
