The hotel overlooks and offers direct access to the beach of Forte de São João. It is only 500 m from 'The Strip' - home to the highest concentration of businesses, restaurants and bars in the Algarve - and 1500 m from the historic and cultural centre of Albufeira. Faro Airport is around 30 km away.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 22 studios. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. The apartment hotel offers a wide range of outdoor sports, including bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball and crazy golf. For a fee, guests can also enjoy tennis. A number of sports are available, including water sports such as snorkelling and aquafit. For a fee, guests can also enjoy water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boating, banana boat rides, sailing and diving. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, badminton, darts, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, billiards and squash. There is a wellness area with a spa and a hammam and, for an additional fee, a steam bath and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include a kids' club, live music and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    2 families of 3 - holiday together ❤️Arrived late. Took a little while to check in. Reception is slow but very friendly.Unfortunately missed getting drinks on all inclusive but the bar was open until midnight so we was happy to buy drinks after a day of travelling.Paid €100 deposit per room, this has been refunded now be automatically refunded. (4 days after getting home)We emailed maybe 3 times to request rooms close together. Though we never got a reply we was happy to find the rooms allocated was literally next door. So absolutely fantastic. Upon entering we found the rooms to be very clean, plenty of towels, fridge, TV with 3 english channels (movie channel, kids channel and radio station). No hair dryer. Balcony with table and 2 chairs. And all important air conditioning!Woke up fresh the next morning to begin our holiday. The walk to the reception area of the hotel was a little far from our rooms up maybe 12 steps and down a road that could desperately do with re surfacing. Lots of pot holes and gritty. Unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues but for us fine just careful.The restaurant is situated in another area of the hotel with steps or lift access. The small indoor pool in the same building on the lower ground floor. Late check out is unavailable but we was told we could use the showers here if needed. Though check out is at 12midday the luggage room fills quickly. So if you have a later flight expect to leave your luggage in the reception area.The breakfast and lunch was great! Plenty of choice. We ate out in the evenings as there is so much choice in the old town you'd be mad to just stay in the hotel, although we went up for the kids to have dessert late one evening after arriving back. The food choice was OK but we're glad we ate out. Think the kids would have struggled with what was available. But the desserts were beautiful. The staff are very friendly and quick to remove empty plates. So very clean and well presented with a beautiful view out to sea.The outside pool was very small for the size of the hotel but was never that busy that you couldn't enjoy it. However sunbeds went quick. Watch out for the slopes on the pool floor though! 🤣🤣 the depth changes without you realising. Just a strip of darker blue paint in the water to mark it. So not ideal for younger swimmers but funny to watch people go underwater when walking through the pool (myself included, twice!)Direct beach access but uphill back from the pool and beach. Couldn't comment on evening entertainment as was out. The bar can get busy but the staff were excellent and any queues went down quickly. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and looking forward to returning next yr. For the price I don't think you can fault it.

    I dont understand the bad reviews. Me and my wife went from the 28th of may untill today 4th of June and we loved it the location is stunning everything is a short trip. Old town 3 euros in a uber. As for people saying about the food were fussy eaters but there was always somthing we could eat. Like if there's not have a chip sandwich lol. There was plenty of sun beds avalible around the pool the staff were always polite credit to 99% of them because there english is spot on. Infact even outside the hotel there english was good. The view we had from our room was out of this world just clear blue sea and soft sand. The room was cleaned everyday and cleaned well. Yes the rooms my be a bit dated but let's be honest you dont go on holiday to spend 7 days in ya room. Even if u did u could the rooms are not dirty they dont smell they have a tv and ice cold air-conditioning we will 100% be going back next year. If I was going to have a little moan about somthing it would be the cocktails. The cocktail of the day was the only cocktail you could have with yr all inclusive but this is not this hotels policy as a lot of hotels seem to be doing it now. This is just me being picky if I had to find somthing wrong.

    The location to the beach is lovely. That’s where the positives end. The hotel is dated and run down. The food was ok but not a lot of choice for children and very repetitive. We had an annex room for 2 adults 2 children which on arrival was only set up for 2 so we had to squash into two beds. The hotel entertainment was shocking and the pool bar ran out of staples constantly. As the pool got busier you couldn’t find a space as was filled with people who disappeared for ages even with signs saying after 40 minutes the items would be removed. It’s a shame as the staff were very friendly and helpful. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless you want to be surrounded by people who are purely there to consume as much food and alcohol as they can in the periods the bar is open. The hotel itself gives shinning vibes so at least the annex building is away from the noise of the main hotel.

    Been to this hotel before and both times very good experiences. Excellent location right on the beach and within walking distance to the strip (15 min) and the old town (25 min) but an Uber ride is only a few euro if you prefer not to walk. Staff are friendly and always eager to answer equiries or give help. Even though we never had an evening meal the food at breakfast and lunch was excellent... Good quality and plenty of choice. You get a set time period for meal times which is good because it doesn't get to busy but it would be nice to choose the time and not be given it. Overall an excellent stay and would definitely recommend.
