Location

The Algarve in the south of Portugal is renowned for its magical coastline, sublime beaches and exquisitely picturesque villages and towns. This apartment hotel is located on the idyllic coast of Albufeira (approximately 20 m from the beach) From here it is possible to see the fishing boats which leave the harbour every day for a long day's work at sea. Convenient public transport links are to be found just 300 m from the hotel.

Facility

531 apartments and 293 studios are located on 9 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff are happy to assist and advise. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Awful service and a declining hotel.

    I have stayed here 5 times previously, the last 3 times in the last 2 years and the place is getting worse and worse, most recent visit in March was a group of friends, the experience was frankly embarrassing for me as the organiser! Wasted 4-5hours being messed about by reception on check in, taken to all kinds of rooms and "Villas" none of which were as we had booked, total shambles, staff then lied and ignored us over the following days, agreed late check out was not actioned, repeatedly lock out of rooms. Managers refused to discuss and simply stated we should contact our travel agent. Food was awful! There will not be a 7th visit that's for sure! TIP: this is the 1st time I have been off season, there was only 1 x small bar available so HUGE ques for all inclusive drinks, all the other times a variety of bars so much better.     Half of the rooms tvs didnt work, 2 pairs of brand new shoes stolen by staff and the rooms are miles away from the pool , views are whack compared to what they show.
