  Came here for a quiet break for 7 days with my partner and couldn’t have asked for more the rooms are dated but spacious , I had to do a bit of rewiring so we could watch tv in bed and the hob had no numbers on the knobs so a bit of guess work trying to cook for the first time , the staff were helpful and polite , there’s a supermarket within walking distance and an uber drive to the strip and the old town costing no more than €5 in including the tip , this place is ideal for couples we are heading back next may to relax again and can’t wait 👍👍

I would like to comment on the negative reviews this place has received.The people writing the bad reviews are exactly the sort of people I don't want to be on Holiday with. They are written by people who are full of self entitlement and do not care about anyone else but themselves.Large groups of immature people who booked this place when it clearly states no groups! These are the people who play loud music at all hours, scream and shout at each other, slam doors when they come in after spending the night drinking themselves into oblivion. and have no respect for anything or anybody. they treat the staff badly and expect them to give them big smiles.The bad reviews swayed me to book this hotel because I know they will not put up with louts and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place is spotless friendly, Quiet and well located. There is a massive supermarket 7 minutes walk away (leave the apartments, turn left take your first left and walk for 400 metres and it is the big black building on your left).The shuttle to either the old town or the strip runs 3 time a day in an air conditioned luxury minibus.The accommodation is spacious and the kitchen well equipped. The whole experience was a pleasure from start to finish. The staff are very helpful and answered any query we had with a friendly and more than helpful attitude.Ignore the bad reviews and book this place, you won’t be disappointed.Steve & Pam

  Relaxing Holiday!

  Late booking for a relaxing holiday & that is just what we got! Arrived before lunch time on an early flight, waited about half an hour for our apartment to be ready. Apartment was huge, with living room, big kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bathroom & kitchen a little bit dated but everywhere was very clean and tidy. Nice size balcony overlooking the pool (we did pay a little extra when booking to guarantee a pool view).No sun bed wars at this hotel, beds & umbrellas were in good supply & available all day. It’s a nice quiet relaxing pool area with background music playing. Snack bar was okay but I do think they could add a bit more variety to the menu as the hotel is not really situated near anything to just pop out and get a snack. There are 3 restaurants within a ten minute walk if you don’t want to venture very far in the evening. Very large supermarket 10 minute walk from the hotel that sells everything you could need. Cleaner only came in once during our 5 night stay which I found quite surprising, we also ran out of clean towels and toilet roll so I asked at reception to be told I could have more if I wanted them. We used Uber every day as it was so cheap and quick, only €3.50-4.00 to get to Old Town and the same for return journey at night. Overall we had a nice relaxing holiday and I would stay here again but may choose a place with more places to eat & drink within walking distance next time. I would also book a pool view studio next time as we don’t need a the big apartment for just 2 of us & we prefer the TV in the bedroom (it’s in living room in apartments).

  Amazing holiday

  My husband and I have just returned from a 10 night stay at this beautiful place.We arrived late at night after a two hour delay from East Midlands airport.We were greeted at reception and shown to our lovely apartment.The apartment was spotless and large, with everything we could possibly need.The pool area was so clean and relaxing. The on-site family run restaurant and bar was fantastic.They also provide a mini bus into town three times a day for only 2 Euros each! This was an amazing service as a taxi was 10 euros each way.There is a large supermarket only a 10 minutes walk away to get anything you need.We will definitely be returning next year!

  Great place to holiday our 2nd time there, great place to holiday, nice and quiet, rooms so clean the staff second to none, so helpful and friendly. I cant understand why anyone would put a bad review. Myself and my wife want to go there every year. Been twice now. Cheap in an uber to old town and supermarket round the corner. Amazing Place. Staff cant do enough for you. We'll be back next year. Perfect for couples who want to chill and for young families. Well done Novochoro.
