Location

This attractive hotel enjoys a peaceful location, around 4 km from the tourist centre of Albufeira and approximately 1 km from the nearest beautiful sandy beach, São Rafael. Access to public transport is located in the vicinity and Faro Airport is around 40 km away.

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 60 villas/houses. The following room categories are also available: 42 rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     Be careful.Run away from this resort! Through campaigns supposedly offering a week's vacation, they try to lure people in, only to then scam them and try to sell a service that seems to offer everything, but the contract doesn't include anything they promised. Be very careful, they are a SCAM.Cuidado.Fujam deste resort, eles através de campanhas em que supostamente oferecem uma semana de férias tentam atrair as pessoas para depois cgatear tanto as pessoas e tentar vender um serviço em que parece que oferecem tudo mas depois no contrato não vem nada do que eles dizer. Muita atenção, são uma FRAUDE.

    Fabulous Resort - Close to Amazing Beaches

    The Resort is perfect for families or couples looking for a relaxing holiday. I am a private owner of one of the properties ( no 26). It faces towards the children's pool. We get sunshine on the terrace all day long. Both bathrooms were renovated and have walk in showers. New sofas in 2025.The beaches nearby are amazing - São Rafael, Gale, Salgado and then you have the old town beach as well. In the evening, cool off with a dip in the beautiful pool and then finish it off with a cool beer by the pool.

    The accommodation was spacious but very tired. The kitchen really does need a make over, and the bathroom modernising. The main bedroom is quite spacious and the mattress very firm, the smaller bedroom had 2 single beds also with firm mattress. The outside area was spacious with table and chairs, was had 2 sun beds delivered after asking at reception. We were charged 20eu for this. The pool is lovely but the sun bed’s around the pool are filthy. We chose this property on the front of the complex with open views, unfortunately the day after arriving a large crane was erected right in front. Enjoyed the stay thanks to Seasons restaurant and bar.

    Dirty and in need of maintenance

    We stayed in Villa 32 which we booked via Airbnb direct with the owner. We arrived late evening so just wanted to watch some TV, unfortunately there was no signal so we just went to bed. The next morning we discovered how dirty the oven was, along with the microwave and also the toaster. In the light of day it became noticeable how dirty other areas were, a combination of mould in the bathrooms, dirt, dust and cobwebs in other areas. Maintenance needed for leaking washing machine, kitchen tap, TV signal, bedroom window does not close properly and four out of six doors in the property do not engage in the lock. In the description there is a supermarket mentioned, but it was not open during the ten days that we were there. 30 Photos attached.

    Lovely place to stay

    Very nice complex. 45 minute drive from the airport, very easy drive. The reception was open when we arrived at about 0100 and sorted check in very easily. The apartment is really nice with the patio getting sun the whole day. The pool area is lovely, never saw all the loungers in use at any one time but it is off season. Shop on has everything you need, limited opening hours. Didn't explore the restaurant as we had a little monster with us so couldn't leave her to go out for dinner, were not the Mc.... I'll leave that joke pending. Very nice place to stay, 15 minute walk to the closest beach which is very nice and 10 min drive to Lidl and the apartment is good enough to cook in.
