    This resort is truly a hidden treasure. There are so many aspects we loved; listening to the birdsong from our balcony while watching the sun set, the beautifully designed buildings that blend into the surroundings, the massive rooms with everything you need, the wonderful staff who are friendly and want to make your stay enjoyable (shout out to the friendly maitres d’ and waitresses in particular) and the delicious breakfasts. There was even live music in the restaurant the last night we were there. Yes the road there is a bit bumpy but take it slow and you’ll be fine, all good things take a bit of hard work. If you want a relaxing break this is the place to go.

    Quite a place! Modern architecture of pleasing lines, very impressive rooms with lovely views and balconies or terraces. Great spa facilities with sauna, hamman and indoor small pool. Excellent restaurants and bar with the most friendly staff. In the middle of nature with many easy walks available.super outdoor pool and gymLuxury with a smile.Free Yoga class with a superb teacher. we were in low season, it could onlybe better with more clients.

    This is supposed to be a retreat. Meaning silence, peace, nature. At 8:30 they started with grasping machines all over the place. A real torture for those who payed (and a lot) to rest.

    All we can say is a great big heartfelt Thank You. It was almost a perfect stay, and we would be more than happy to return.Let's get rid of the almost first: Please make sure that rooms are 100% ready for late arriving guests. By this I mean, the heat should have been turned on and warm in the room. It took two full days to get some warmth, and after this we were more than satisfied. I know that it was exceptionally cold on our arrival date, but this should never be the case as there was and is heating in the room. That was it!The staff are more than wonderful, and treated us with kindness and natural friendliness that we truly appreciated. This goes from Housekeeping, Restaurant, Bar, Spa and Front Desk staff. You truly have cultivated a staff who know the mission of the hotel, and they succeed. The room itself was generous with a very comfortable bed with sleep friendly linens, also the sleep mist was a nice touch. The towels were also fluffy and well absorbent. The products we enjoyed and appreciated the bath/shower/toilet layout.The location of the hotel itself could not be better. It was exactly what we were looking for: Peace, Quiet, Tranquility, Remote but with easy access to nature, restaurants near by (also great recommendations) and beaches.Lastly, thank you for making the New Year's Eve fest worth attending. We were a bit apprehensive, but even down this avenue, you did not let us down. Each part of the evening was well curated and executed. A true highlight was the Cacao Ceremony - what a lovely way to bring in the new year.You really should be proud of what you have accomplished and as mentioned, we would be pleased to highly recommend this hotel for its tranquility, relaxed nature and rejuvenating vibe. Thank You.

    Unique setting in a national park.

    This hotel is in the most beautiful setting, right in the middle of the stunning national park, with a distant view of the sea. The staff try incredibly hard to make every aspect of the stay enjoyable, nothing is too much trouble. They are very friendly and hard working. I enjoyed chilly swims in the outdoor infinity pool (it is November!). You definitely need a car. There are nice restaurants in the vicinity but it is a secluded hotel, off the beaten track, which is what makes it special.
