Location

The hotel is located in the south of Portugal, in the centre of Praia da Rocha, about 50 metres from the sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity guests will find plenty of entertainment venues and night spots as well as a bus stop, and there are shops within a 10-minute drive. Within a radius of 40 km guests will discover countless opportunities for entertaining days out such as Zoomarine, Crazy World and Slide & Splash. Vilamoura is 52 km away respectively and it is 60 km to Faro International Airport.

Facility

6 suites, 6 single rooms and 57 double rooms are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by 3 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A safe and a cash machine are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Hotel was in a great location close to the beach and restaurants. Rooms were comfortable and clean but a bit dated. Staff were really nice. Breakfast was really bad though.

    We stayed in Santa Catarina Hotel couple of times for our main holiday usually two weeks, never disappointed, rooms always clean so five stars for cleaning service ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Reception staff always nice and helpful.     Location is good however, our room was very basic. no minor things like a water kettle or anything like that in the room. pillows and mattress are super basic. The hotel advertises to have parking but we stayed for three days and was not able to use it (only 9 spots). Front desk employee "Ana" did not try to be friendly.     Location is perfect for beach and restaurants/bars. Bacon ans proper sausages could be added to breakfast menu. Staff very friendly and helpful. Could do with a slip mat in the bath as it is very slippery and could be dangerous.     I stayed here recently with friends and the hotel is in a lovely spot overlooking the beach. Lots of bars and restaurants all very close on the main drag so great location! The staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms were nice and clean. Not the comfiest of beds but the hotel itself was good value. Really liked the area so I will be back at some point!
