  Terrible Villa, with rip off owners!

  It was terrible. We booked through Hilton Grand Vacations Luxury Villa!! It was not luxury, we had trouble entering the area for the first 2 days even though I had sent all documents and Hire car registrations. There was a car abandoned in front of it, they promised to move it, never was! No hot water for first 2 days, then turned up at 7.30 in the morning to fix it. Rooms were worn out, since we found out they rent the rooms out separately. Rain storm on last night and through roof onto bed and floor, they knew about it as well! Charged us £130 for electricity and some towels which they said we're not cleanable, They allow 12kw for electricity per day, they have 5 fridges running and we had AC units in 3 out of 4 bedrooms running for up to 2-3 hours a day. Also they will try and charge you for water!I have all emails and messages between us, but we never got the money back. They defrauded us!!

  A Nightmare That Never Ends

  You have to download an app and send an security deposit via electronic funds transfer to an individual named Marco Agate. Not sure who this person is but you will NOT get your money back. You will NOT have a bathroom in your room. You will have to close and lock your door then cross the hall. There is another rooms door that is in the hallway.

  Wonderful location, just 10-15 minutes walk from town and the beach. It's opposite the golf course in a secured area with a short walk to restaurants and convenience store. We rented 2 villas side-by-side for 2 families. Layout was nice and patios were very close and private. The pool is not exactly private - it's shared between ~8 villas.Here's the downsides of this property:The bed sheets and towels smelled weird and were very low quality. We needed more towels, but were told to go to the launderette, which takes 24-48 hours to clean.There are cameras in the house watching you. The owner says that they are for your security, but we felt we were being spied on at all times.You have to pay extra for electricity and water. While the owner is upfront about the costs, he doesn't show you the meter readings at check in. It cost us extra $150 USD for 12 night stay.Oven didn't work.Toilet paper cannot be flushed, but has to go in basket next to the toilet. This is common in Mexico, but our toilet still got clogged. Owner told us that toilet plungers don't work and told us to go and buy an acid product at the store to unclog it. Also, we were only provided with 1 trash bag for 12 nights. The ad says that the villas are serviced/cleaned every 3 days. This is false.Wifi router is in one villa and the coverage in the adjacent villa is dreadful. They need to invest in a signal booster (or just provide a separate router).So all in all, we enjoyed our time but I don't feel the property was worth the $ we paid for it.

  We arrived and I was immediately embarrassed I brought my girlfriend here. This place is dirty, the owner Marco is almost comical in how he runs the business, and true reviews of this place can be found on Facebook and similar. I can't even believe they are still open after the check-in disaster, the unkept rooms, and constant upcharges for literally everything.How the owner responds to any negative review should set the tone for how professional this property management team is. Be careful looking for a cheap place and thinking the positive reviews are real....they are not. Marco A, Direttore at Dolce Vita Caribe B&B, responded to this review thanks for your review .... but what problem are you complaining ???? Cause most of the reviews are positive about the cleaning of the place .....

  Amazing!!

  At just 10 minutes walking distance from the fifth avenue, you can find a small paradise. I really enjoy the swimming pool and the garden. I loved eat outside during the night... the staff were helpful, and the breakfast so yummy!! I will come back soon..
