  Nice pool, but the hotel and the rooms needs some improvements

  We stayed at this hotel during a road trip through Spain. This is a very big hotel outside Toledo city center.The is huge hotel outside Toledo city center, but the room was quite outdated. However, it was spacious and clean.Parking was easy to find.The pool was nice, but the hotel no longer feels like a 4-star establishment.Breakfast was not included at the rate.   Would stay again. Beatriz hotel Toledo

  Stayed one night. Midweek,. We enjoyed this hotel and spa. Was quiet midweek, it is a little bit frayed round ages but very clean room with lovely shower and very comfortable bed. The bar prices very good for a city hotel. Buffet breakfast had good choices.Walk to old town was 40 minutes, but really worth it.   Good hotel on outskirts of Toledo

  Very good hotel, with a beautiful pool. We had a problem with the air conditioning and within 5 minutes a maintenance man was with us, a few minutes more and our room was changed.   Big relaxing block of a hotel, liked it very much

  Just three dots is a tad unfair, add a half.This is a big resort and event hotel - it has a number of outdoor swimming pools and several terraces, but that did not distract in any way from the enjoyment of our stay.It was a one-night stopover, so it can be hard to judge. it's airy, spacious, with a huge foyer to relax in, large wide corridors and generous rooms.The front desk service was pretty good, the restaurant service was better even though they do volume - exclusivity is not the thing here.And i discovered Caracamusas here, a wonderful dish local to Toledo I believe, but popular now across Spain. I tried it elsewhere but the restaurant here served the best of all.It's a landmark hotel but it was tricky to find - it might have been me after a 400-mile trip that day, a 10/15-minute taxi ride to the centre of town which is so worth a visit.Steel and swords are its heritage industry, so they're for sale in all kinds of formats in town - ceremonial I'm sure, and the great Eagle of Toledo, Fredrico Bahamontes, one of Spain's greatest ever cyclists, is remembered in a typical climbing pose - his specialism - on a hill near the old town.The cathedral is reviewed elsewhere and is a must.Our regret was not staying longer in this hotel, its very relaxed. But I have pretty much perfected caracamusas to remember it by, more appropriate than climbing mountains on a bike or swordfighting.   Awful experience, complete lack of customer service

  Si we are here last night of a tour. Rooms ok but the bar area has well over 100 guests waiting for a drink. The others are locals so the single bar man said they get preference. We asked at reception and were told "too bad" manager not here !!!! What and - so rude. We just thought we would tell reception he was drowning in orders but all we got was a shrug. Absolute disgrace for a hotel. The other beautiful bar area shut.
