Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Film fans will find plenty of 'lights, camera, action' at the cinema. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for no extra charge. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and central heating. Guests can relax on the balcony or terrace. Rooms have a double bed or a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. There are children's pools as well. The pool area also includes a hot tub, a waterslide and a pool bar. Sun loungers and parasols the sun terrace complete the holiday. The resort offers outdoor sports, including tennis, beach volleyball, basketball, crazy golf and paddle tennis or, for a fee, fishing. Water sports enthusiasts are offered diving. Sport and leisure facilities at the resort include a gym and table tennis. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon, massage treatments and anti-ageing treatments. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. All-inclusive can be booked. All-inclusive holidaymakers enjoy special extras like snacks, in addition to a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A continental breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

    Absolutely nowhere in the evening to relax with drinks etc. Had to sit outside a closed bar, or in a giant tent. Hot, very noisy and a madhouse. Families with very young children may enjoy this, but there should be an alternative too. So the day time was great, food is great, rooms are lovely (with a few novel ideas - no doors on wardrobe, 4 hangers each, and a glass wall between the shower and bedroom- with a curtain across it)!?? Well maintained grounds and great little free train to resort. Please note that there is no supermarket or shop nearby. I heard people asking about baby stuff, nappies etc, but nowhere nearby to buy them.

    Very young family oriented resort with very little interaction from the animation team. Little variety in activities , waterpolo twice a day, aqua aerobics each day + 2 mini games per day, though this is always done in a pool children use and included beer pong where children were running around. Posters stating activities were out of date. Evening entertainment is hit and miss. It happens in a tent( possibly temporary) with no toilets nearby and being the only bar open after 7pm gets busy and can be very noisy. Buffet lacked variety and menu in the 2 booked restaurants were limited. On the upside not too bad for the beach, room was spacious and little land train to town was an added bonus. This though is not enough for me to return.

    Good hotel but some weird downsides

    Overall, the hotel is very nice. The rooms are a good size and the beds comfy (mattresses are on the firmer side). The drinks options are very good and the food offered at the buffets is great. Breakfast is the same offering everyday, lunch and dinner change. The train shuttle into town is very good. Recommend Eden minigolf is well worth a visit. The included 1-day tickets to Slide & Splash waterpark are very nice. It’s a great waterpark with a lot of slides (all be it, not too much difference/variety between the slides.) Roastic is very nice. Good service and friendly staff. Same for Carosello. However, both restaurants, the menu is very limited in terms of variety. Also, despite to hotel being very family friendly, neither hotel does a good job catering to children. The portion sizes for the À la carte mains are very large. Definitely too big for children. And with no written kids menu choices or adaptations. Staff also do not do anything to point this out.However, this hotel does have its oddities which hinder it. The hotel is geared towards families. Fine. But a 17:30 mini-disco is very early as far as hotel norms/average as far as I have experienced. Also, all the bars closing at 19:00 bar the tent bar is very unusual and annoying. Causes very long lines for drinks. The entertainment staff are rather thin on the ground and don’t really make guests too aware of the activities going on. They make an announcement to get the speakers but then don’t do anything more to get people to participate. Usually you have the entertainment staff go round and ask if people want to play, but here nothing. At one point, when they were desperately looking for people to play beer pong, they left a load of cups of beer unguarded in an area with a lot of small children. The air hockey table also isn’t very good. The puck/disc flies off the table very easily.

    Amazing hotel,Abdallah and Samar provided top quality service and are very helpful and friendly and quick. Would definitely come again and recommend
