Very clean and great for a family with kids

    rating03 Jun 2026

Been for the 4th time and no regrets. Very clean hotel with nice restaurants and swimming pools. Good selection of food and drinks. Rooms have been updated, which is a big thumbs up. The only minus is the entertainment, which wasn’t bad, but it could be more entertaining for adults. The entertainment team seems to be all French and only focuses on French guesses. We stayed the last week of May, and the sky bar wasn’t open, and the foam party at the pool still wasn’t there, but a couple of days later, when back home, all seemed to be open again, which is a shame. Not much to do outside the hotel as Porches wasn’t ready for the season yet, and some restaurants were still closed. Nice beaches around. Great family hotel.

    Great family holiday!

    rating02 Jun 2026

What a great hotel this is. Now we booked this at the end of last summer and got it for a very good price, so that probably sways my opinion somewhat but whatever way you look at it, this is a really good all round hotel. When my biggest complaint is that the coffee was naff and the toilet paper in the rooms was very thin, that says it all.Decent size room with an 8 and 4 YO sleeping on a pull out sofa bed. The pillows on our beds were top notch. Shower was great, bathroom massive. Could do with some more storage for clothes. Air con worked well when needed. Nice sized balcony. We were overlooking the empty land to the east and little one loved seeing the goats and chickens every morning and evening. Some lovely morning sun.Hotel was big but easy to get around but does take 24 hours to get your bearings. We tended to eat in the restuarant nearer the pool with the slides as it meant you could get a nice spot outside as the main restaurant in the hotel hasn’t got any outside space. Our youngest has food allergies but all the food had allergin info with it so that was a great comfort. What I really did like was the no putting your towels out until 9am rule. With it being half term, it was busy and people did queue up (!!!) to get their fav spot but give it a couple of mins and you can still get a very decent spot by the pool. The kids enjoyed the big pool, splash area and big slides. If you are over 120cm, you can go on all 3 slides but if you are under that, you can sign a waiver and they get given a green wristband and they can then go down the green slide. It’s not quick don’t worry. Our 4yo must have gone on it over 100 times lol. Shout out to Italo who was absolutely brilliant with our youngest, so much so, he would get carried up the stairs on a regular basis! The slushies by the pool were a hit with the kids (and adults!!) and had a great selection of cocktails and drinks. Great they had cider on tap as not that common. Cups were small and you were limited to 2 alcoholic drinks “per trip” but you can self serve fizzy drinks and water to save queueing which again is a good idea. The walk down to the beach was 5 mins max but it’s a bit steep heading back up. The beach(es) were great and the going thru the “tunnel” was a particular highlight with everyone. Nice restuarant on the beach but it is cash only. It was very choppy all week but on the Sat, it was calm again and the boat trips and other activities were open again. Did a trip to Slide and Splash and hands down the best water park we’ve done. 4YO could do most things, as long as with an adult and you were allowed to catch them at the bottom if they can’t swim. It’s not often we go back to the same hotel but this was one I would defo look at again to return to!

    Angry man at resort

    rating01 Jun 2026

Hotel overall is average. Food is okay, large variety- even a section just for kids. I’m not sure the hotel workers actually thoroughly clean the rooms. They just make the beds didn’t clean under the beds which gathers dust over the week…There isn’t anything walking distance around the hotel. However u can get uber to a nice beach 5 min drive, there is the mall which is 20 mins. One thing which is awful is, people que at 9am for sun beds…. It’s so embarrassing. I have been to so many resorts and not once did we have to do this…. We had an issue with a old couple throwing our child’s towel on the floor and then pestering us, i am sure the man had some sort of anger issue as even the hotel manager said so. But there needs to be more security. Overall I wouldn’t book again at this resort.

    Fantastic hotel

    rating31 May 2026

Famtastic hotel. Absolutely spotless and not just in the rooms; everywhere! Food was good, fair amount of choice and lovely desserts; always something a bit different to choose.Shout out to the children's entertainment team who were excellent at their jobs! My little one was more reserved, took him a while to warm to the activities at night and when he finally joined in with the mini disco, they were just so warm and imviting towards him. He attended kids club the next day and enjoyed that.Staff were helpful, maintenance of the whole site was to the highest standards.Only little criticisms were; sunbeds around the pool were quite uncomfortable, very hard and we couldn't fully relax on them and the beer and few other drinks seemed watered down ( I do understand money wise how they probably can't offer alcohol the way hotels used to)Overall, we had a special experience here!
