Location

The hotel is located between the two fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo. The surrounding area features several golf courses, a horse riding centre, water parks and an international harbour and racetrack in Portimão. Links to the public transport network are a stone's throw from the hotel. The bus and train stations are around 2 km away, as is the beach. Faro Airport is situated at a distance of approximately 60 km.

Facility

In addition to 12 villas/houses, this spacious property also includes a residential complex composed of two 2-storey buildings. Guests can choose between 85 rooms and 73 suites. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

Rooms feature a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. Air conditioning and central heating ensure comfortable indoor temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a queen-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. Other amenities available include a washing machine and an ironing set. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. Sport

The pool complex, which includes 3 outdoor and indoor pools, is ideal for exercise and active relaxation. Little swimmers can splash around in the children's swimming area. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The resort offers an extensive outdoor sport and leisure programme, which includes tennis, basketball, golf, a putting green, fishing and horse riding. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking and crazy golf. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, billiards, darts, yoga and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, massage treatments and hydrotherapy treatments. A kids' club and a casino are also options for entertainment.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. For lunch and dinner, guests can order à la carte. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Tucked away in Carvoeiro is this home away from home! The villas are extremely spacious with everything you need- laundry, fully equipped kitchen, living area and outdoor space. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was perfect for 2 ppl. We really enjoyed feeling like it was a home instead of another hotel room. The balcony and outdoor area were so nice to sit and enjoy. Since the algarves are so sunny, the electrical blinds were AMAZING at keeping the room dark - so helpful for the jetlag. There are several ponds as well which have lots of local frogs that can be a bit loud at night - bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper.The staff are friendly and helpful, easy communication via what's app. Breakfast was included and had a good variety of foods throughout the week. It was a good start before we headed out for the day. Some days we came near the end of breakfast and found that they were already clearing some dishes though.There is a outdoor pool and heated indoor pool. Plenty of lounge chairs at both. There is a jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all included in the resort which is incredible! If you wanted some exercise aside from the pool, there is a gym, pickle ball courts, bikes, etc.Overall we are so happy we stayed here as our base in the Algarves! Uber and bolt are easy transit choices but there is plenty of parking as well. We were less than 10'mins to the town and felt the location was better than being directly in the bustling busy town.     A fabulous 4 night stay in October 25. Weather was amazing which helped.Villa was huge with all mod cons. Cleaned well each day with soaps and coffee replenished.Lovely pool area with ample sunbeds. Spa right next to the pool was small as was the gym but a nice to have. Staff very accommodating.     Informative friendly check in.One bed villa was very spacious, large downstairs area with outdoor patio seating along with separate well equipped kitchen. Upstairs bedroom again very generous with seated balcony, two wardrobes, bathroom with separate shower. Breakfast was excellent, ate few times at lunch and evening and very enjoyable. Used Uber to visit places and go into Carvoeiro as inexpensive far better than hiring a car.We had a wonderful time and would recommend and would definitely return.Only thing that needs improving is the shower pressure and had to run for 5 min until it became warm enough to shower.
