  Knock it down and start again. These apartment are in need of a major overhaul.Saving grace is the lovely ladies at reception who are friendly, pleasant and very helpful. Bar and cafe are also nice, a very professional gentleman running this operation with some lovely food available.

  Great location but poor accommodation.

  Only back from this complex. Firstly the location is brilliant, it's very close to a large supermarket. It's a 20 minute walk into Alvor with loads of restaurants, bars and shops. Alvor itself is a beautiful town with a boardwalk along the seafront. The beach is only 15 minute walk from the apartments and the beach is outstanding. The complex has a nice pool although could do with a bit of an overhaul. The bar area and onsite restaurant is nice. My wife and I were put into a large apartment on the first floor. It was a 2 storey apartment with 2 large balconies, one from the double bedroom and the other from the living area, really spacious. The double room had aircon and an ensuite, the other room had 2 single beds with an ensuite also and a toilet under the stairs in the first level. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a microwave, washing machine, kettle, fridge, oven, toaster, sandwich maker etc.The biggest issue we had was the mattress in the bed, it was like sleeping on a concrete floor, one of the hardest beds I've ever slept in. Our backs were in bits from the mattress. Also there was a smell from the bed and pillows which was disgusting. For the 7 nights we stayed there our apartment wasn't cleaned once, we got fresh towels once and the sheets were never changed. The shower in the bath in the ensuite worked for 2 nights and then the hot water stopped flowing from it so we went into the shower in the other ensuite, the head of the shower was broken here and the shower tray filled with water so you needed to have a quick wash before it overflowed. Overall the complex was OK but in relation to our apartment, it needs a good overhaul and modernising and most definately new mattress/ pillows etc. It's a pity these things affected our stay as the location is ideal but we'd be reluctant to return.

  Great base for a family holiday. The rooms are basic but we knew that upon booking, they had everything we needed. Be aware no air-con. Cafe bar on site fabulous good value and the staff amazing. Supermarket round corner, Alvor is a walk but we just got UBER which were cheaper than local taxis. Pool great kids loved it but was in need of a bit of TLC. All in all a great visit and we would happily return.

  Great place and lovely atmosphere. Room a little dated but can't complain. Staff were all great and the bar was really nice with a great selection of food. Very close to a large supermarket for all your needs. Kids loved the pool. Would definitely return.

  Small complex. Quite dated but spotlessly clean. Cleaners in nearly every day during our 9 night stay. Towels replaced regularly and sheets changed when necessary. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant /bar was quite sufficient with lovely food at regular prices. Very good service. The pool and pool area was kept clean. Balcony and terrace good size to soak up the sun. Wi fi only available in reception area which we were aware of when we booked. Stairs were a bit challenging if any mobility issues. Guests very friendly, seemed to be quite a few returning so was reassuring. Very enjoyable holiday.
